What do you like best about Qonto?

The interface is genuinely well-designed. Clean, modern, intuitive. Daily banking operations like transfers, expense tracking and card management are smooth and easy. Onboarding was fast and the app is pleasant to use. As a business owner, I appreciated the simplicity for day-to-day financial management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qonto?

Customer support completely fails when you actually need it. I disputed unauthorized charges from Amazon after my seller account was permanently closed. I responded to every request with proof — screenshots, emails. Qonto repeatedly claimed they never received my replies, despite email being the only channel available. First dispute closed for "no response." Called and told to open a new identical one. Did that — same outcome. The phone explanation? My emails weren't processed because I didn't start with "Hello" followed by the agent's name. Absurd. I had 3 months to dispute. Their circular process burned that window. I lost everything. Formal demand letter via registered mail: zero response. Now with the regulator (ACPR) and mediator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qonto?

We have been using Qonto for several years for our business account and are overall very satisfied. We are particularly impressed by the very intuitive and clear handling of the platform. Many functions are self-explanatory, allowing banking transactions to be completed quickly and easily. Initially, Qonto was very easy to set up, with everything being essentially self-explanatory. The Datev interface was also set up quite quickly.

It is also very positive that the range of functions is continuously being expanded. Qonto is constantly developing the platform further and regularly adds new features that are really helpful in everyday business.

Customer service is also a big plus: inquiries are answered quickly and issues are resolved reliably and satisfactorily.

The optional add-ons, such as for approval processes or supplier invoice management, are also practical. This allows the account to be flexibly expanded and better adapted to the company's own processes.

I use Qonto daily, and I particularly appreciate the intuitive handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qonto?

What do you like best about Qonto?

I don't know, I didn't had the time to appreciate anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qonto?

When I was setting up my company, I deposited my capital in a blocked account with Qonto. Not only did it take several days to validate this deposit, but even after my company was officially registered—and despite Qonto’s promise to release the capital within three days of receiving the Kbis—my funds are still unavailable five days later.

When I call their customer service, as soon as I ask to speak to a manager, they either hang up on me, put me on hold (I waited 45 minutes before giving up), or pretend they can’t hear me anymore. After five days of waiting, when I asked why my capital still wasn’t available, they told me the notary was on vacation—as if that were a valid excuse!

I’ve sent multiple emails to Qonto’s support team, but I haven’t received a single response. I still don’t know when the notary will return from vacation—or if they’ll even bother to review my file (assuming they don’t fall ill in the meantime) and finally release my capital. I have no idea when I’ll actually get my money back.

In short, if you have an issue with Qonto, don’t expect help—because their call center staff are incompetent, give conflicting information, and refuse any discussion beyond “please be patient.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qonto?

I love that Qonto is super easy to use and all the features are quite clear. If I have any questions, they are answered instantly. It also gives me total peace of mind to manage the professional part, as I have never had any problems with the account. I really like being able to split expenses and tag them to know exactly what each thing is about. The possibility for my accountant to have partial access to manage the financial part is great. I appreciate that Qonto is an inexpensive online banking service that is connected to my accountant. The ease of use is a big plus for me. I like being able to enter my invoices directly and that my account is linked to Pennylane, which simplifies my accounting. I love the simplicity, speed, efficiency, and reduced cost of Qonto. I feel a sense of freedom compared to traditional banks. The simplified and immediate transfers are particularly appreciable. The ergonomics of Qonto make the transfer action smooth and fast, and the subscription cost is low. Even the additional fees when making transfers beyond the threshold make the overall service more competitive. I also feel that Qonto simplifies and prioritizes the business of small companies. I appreciate the simplicity of invoice editing with Qonto, it's very simple. The accounting tracking is also simple and can be shared with my accountant, which is a big advantage. Invoices can be pre-established, saved, and sent directly to suppliers or clients, which facilitates the process. Recently, the ability to make transfers to India has been a big improvement for me, as it was a concern before. The initial setup with Qonto was simple but professional and everything was OK. I used Qonto from the creation of my company to easily manage my company's bank account. I really appreciate the simplicity, efficiency, and speed of processing. When creating my company, it was extremely simple and smooth, and everything was completed in 7 days. I like the online or mobile interface, which allows me to instantly perform all the routine operations I need for my business. I like the dynamism and speed of responses from Qonto, as well as the sense of security it offers me. They resolved issues with unrecognized charges and attempts of fraudulent charges without hesitation. When I had a problem with a card, they sent me another one in just 2 days, making me feel supported and never in difficulty. What do you dislike about Qonto?

So no yes yes if it could also integrate a system like a cloud-based factor where I can fully manage my accounting and not just limit to storing invoices for purchases, let's say it would be extraordinary and I think 99% of companies would use it.
