I appreciate the simplicity of invoice editing with Qonto, it's very simple. The accounting tracking is also simple and can be shared with my accountant, which is a big advantage. So no yes yes if it could also integrate a system like a cloud-based factor where I can fully manage my accounting and not just limit to storing invoices for purchases, let's say it would be extraordinary and I think 99% of companies would use it. I use Qonto as a self-employed entrepreneur for efficient and centralized management of invoices, from their creation to their tracking. I think that the tasks feature is not really relevant to me because the tasks that should be assigned there to me are not there. Also, I feel like the notifications, the event notifications, are a bit annoying, and I would like Qonto to make summarized notifications. The initial setup was not easy. I didn't find the staff helpful. I felt like they were not professional. They asked me to share legal documents via email even though I had already shared them when I opened the account on the Qonto portal. I find that there is a lack of clarity regarding the account's yield. It seems that the option is only valid from a certain amount due to the service cost. There is no simulation to estimate at what account balance the service fees apply. Moreover, sponsorship is not valued, although sponsorship is well considered on Dougs. I find that locating the bank account details is not very intuitive, especially when I have multiple accounts. It's one of the rare things that every time I need to look for it, it causes me trouble and I'm not too sure where to find it. This part of the interface could be simplified or made more intuitive. The main problem is that most of the options are paid and the additional cost is excessive in my opinion (notably the recurring invoices option which doubles the subscription price, complicated for small businesses).
