The interface is genuinely well-designed. Clean, modern, intuitive. Daily banking operations like transfers, expense tracking and card management are smooth and easy. Customer support completely fails when you actually need it. I disputed unauthorized charges from Amazon after my seller account was permanently closed. I responded to every request with proof — screenshots, emails. Qonto repeatedly claimed they never received my replies, despite email being the only channel available. First dispute closed for "no response." Called and told to open a new identical one. Did that — same outcome. The phone explanation? My emails weren't processed because I didn't start with "Hello" followed by the agent's name. Absurd. I had 3 months to dispute. Their circular process burned that window. I lost everything.
