Litmos is very easy to administer and you can customise to make it look like an internal system. The reporting features are simple to set up and automated so you can get metrics about training how and when you want them. The content library is vast and gives good generic content. Team structure can be challenging and Manager function is lacking. eg you can only see your own staff not everyone in the hierarchy below you. Administering the content library to remove what you don't need to see can be time consuming when new releases are made.
