"Compliance Training"

What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos is relatively easy to use and I like that you can create Learning Paths for each staff type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

Only being able to use automatic email reminders for the first time courses are assigned to users, but not subsequent years. Not being able to set due dates for Learning Paths. Issues with compliance/completion status with courses. After I reset the compliance and completion status for each course at the beginning of the year, sometimes the report will show the wrong number of courses completed for a user forcing me to look at each individual user's account to confirm status. We rely on this tool to manage both the onboarding process and the ongoing development of over 2,000 franchisees. It enables us to generate reports that help us monitor completion rates and maintain company compliance. The platform is dependable and simplifies the management of our large number of franchisees. Lack of integrations have been a challenge for our organization; we have had to end up building many of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had issues recording compliance training at the hourly level in our production sites. This has been an issue to accurately report on compliance training, requiring a large human capital lift to solve. "Custom Reports Make Tracking Easy for Teams"

What do you like best about Litmos?

As a small but global business, we find Litmos a great tool for our business to promote as a learning hub but to also make sure we are complaint. It is prices affordably and is easy to use! "Highly Customizable Branding, But Learning Path Tracking Needs Clarity"

What do you dislike about Litmos?

Learning Path completion is based in course completion not each module completed in all courses. It's confusing for example, a user has already completed 2 modules in a course but the course has 4 modules. This will appear in the course completion but since the course isn't 100% yet, the Learning Path completion still appears as 0% and LP is still in Not Started dahsboard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
