Litmos Pricing Overview

We're using Litmos for > 7 years. It served us well.

It is a professional LMS and it comes equipped with most Learning industry standard functionalities.

To highlight few important functionalities:

- Easy to create courses and add specific modules (content, exams, feedbacks).

- As content I can add multiple types (videos, SCORM, Etc.).

- I can link modules sitting in multiple courses, thus I only need to update one and will reflect in all.

- Certification tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Things I don't like:

- We lose access to raw data (in example I cannot download the SCORM files for specific module)

- Hard to update and work with custom fields.

- Unable to track exam attempts upon certification renew.

- Generally it is hard to work with search boxes (I now know the tricks; but can me annoying) .

- User permissions are cumbersome (permissions go per Team; what specific person in a team will see/do compared to other person in same/other team is cumbersome).

- It's expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing model works for our use case. We built our customer university on Litmos with on-demand learning videos to help with their onboarding/implementation process, and we do not charge for this service, so we have thousands of users. The pricing model of MAU tier pricing model is perfect cause we have a fluctuating volume of MAU instead of having to pay a PUPM model.

I will also say our CSm is very responsive and good at spending time with us as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say it's pretty inflexible with reporting. They have a "reporting engine" but i say creating any custom report gives me a headache, and most of the time, after i download the report as a CSV, I have to spend time further revising the report in CSV format.
