# At some point I would like to discuss some of the Litmos Limitations as I call them. We have rund into may litmos limitations that cause us problems. I have opened help tickets int he past and run into, go to the community for help thing. Hate that! No one ever asks the suer what they really think and what is not working?? Why not? Also, many time Ltimos is just out??? we get the OPPS and Lenny picture. Why? ##### Post Metadata

# Is the API a development priority? As I mentioned in my review, I do think the default reports in Litmos are a bit thin, but with an API, we can build our own. That said, in our own API development, sometimes we run into weird limitations with the API that limit that approach to a certain extent. Our current issue that we reported was stated as a known issue and we were added to a ticket with other customers, but there was no stated timeline for when (or if) it would be resolved. ##### Post Metadata
