The ability to track compliance with required courses is also a critical feature, and one which is well-implemented in SAP Litmos. **What do you dislike about Litmos?** The UI can be difficult to navigate for admins and content creators. It is frequently difficult to find the information you're looking for without a lot of clicking around through the UI. The permissioning features definitely need an overhaul, especially around controlling who has access to edit content; the current implementation is much too limiting. **What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a delivery platform for online learning, both for our employees as well as for our customers. We wanted a solution which would make our learners actual enjoy coming to the site to learn, and SAP Litmos has fit the bill nicely. ### 2. I believe the search function can be improved for Litmos Dojo. The "Link to Another Website" module type lets us work around the lack of support for custom video viewers. **What do you dislike about Litmos?** The time needed to upload and process a content module is wildly variable, even with modules of the same size. The same module can take a few minutes or many hours. They do have a page dedicated to ideas that you can add too or can vote on ones already suggested. **Recommendations to others considering Litmos:** Do your research, do the trials and find out what the most important things you need in your usage but Litmos was definitely the right choice for us and we still have many things we would like to implement when we get a chance. **What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are somewhat of a niche company in how we use the LMS and when we were looking for a new LMS we needed something we could jump right into and import 10 years of data. We had to have the ability to grow and customize as we moved forward because our subscribers were looking for additional features we didn't have previously. As of right now, everything went well and we are slowly adding new things and our subscribers are pretty happy so far. ### 40. My content will load quite quickly and looks great in the player. The quiz options are basic, but has most of what we need. **What do you dislike about Litmos?** We find the reporting to be a bit weak, for example there are many features I can see in the program, however I am unable to produce a usable Excel report for these features. The Manager feature is a good example of this, as well as External Learning. **What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to track course completion for employees is a gap we are filling with Litmos and are happy to be able to see real-time figures at a glance as to how many employees may have completed a specific course. This is helping us to resolve compliance issues that have been a problem in the past. ### 42.
