There seem to be quite a few known glitches that don't seem to be priorities to fix. Communication isn't always the greatest, like when there is a scheduled transfer that doesn't happen and there is no feedback on what happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Litmos is facilitating learning beyond formal courses:

Social learning: The platform encourages interaction between users, allowing them to learn from each other through forums and discussions.

Real-world learning tracking: With xAPI technology, Litmos can track learning activities that occur outside the platform, such as participating in an event or practicing a skill, and record them as part of the user's progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Litmos reports are functional and easy to use for basic tasks, but for more complex and detailed analyses, they may be less robust. Organizations that need to go beyond course completion data to understand the impact of learning on job performance, skills trends, or ROI (return on investment) may need more sophisticated analysis tools. I think it can be difficult to navigate between pages when editing, particularly when working on hotspots and you click "back" and it goes right back to the start of the module. I also think some of the interactive sections could be more aesthetically pleasing and more varied. It is lacking some features I would like to have regarding Litmos assign rules. I still cannot schedule course drops to learner after a certain period of time. For example, I need a rule that drops courses to a user after 30 days of employment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
