"Great support, but features need updating"
What do you like best about Docebo?

The customer support is quick and the account managerment team are attentitive. The Docebo Community is a great resource for ideas and problem solving.

As a learner it's fairly easy to use in respect to courses

The collaborate and share functionality is good, and there are lots of automations you can set up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

A lot of the features are frustrating to use.

From a learner point of view, courses displayed in catalogs just show if you are enrolled or not, where as courses displayed in channels show status (eg in progress, completed). Despite several attempts to raise this on the Community over what looks like a few years, this has still not been addressed. The search bar can be overwhemlimg because it brings back so many results due to also including the elements from within courses as well as the course itself. A simple search that could just reveal 5 courses, instead reveals the 5 courses, 20+ assets that are within the courses and then anything else which is confusing to the learner.

For admin: There is no search functionality within catalogues, or even a filter for A-Z so administrators have to sift through what could be 10+ pages of catalogues to find the one they need to edit. There is no way to set the visibility of a course. Lets say you have a catalogue on "PowerPoint" and you wanted 4/5 of the courses to be available for everyone, but the last course is only available to a specific subset, the only way of making that course invisible to everyone else it to have it show to only enrolled people and then enrol that subset, but if it's not a mandatory course, it just sits in the "uncompleted" list of the subset for all eternity.

I just find the features and administration a little clunky and not adaptable. Hence why I find the community and customer support so good because I have to use them frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps our training organized and easy to manage"
What do you like best about Docebo?

Once everything is set up, Docebo really does make internal training feel organized and easy to follow. I manage social media workflows and help with onboarding, so having one central place for all our courses has been a lifesaver. The layout is simple for learners to navigate, and I get way fewer "Where do I find this?" questions now. The platform runs smoothly too, which matters when you're trying to keep training consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

The setup process can be pretty tedious - even simple admin tasks end up taking way more steps than they should. Some features just aren't as polished as others, so I'm constantly finding workarounds. And the reporting? It's a pain when I just need a quick view of where everyone's at without jumping through hoops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable LMS That Strengthens Compliance and Training Consistency"
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo’s structured learning paths and automated enrollment are extremely helpful for keeping our lending teams aligned on required training. I like how easy it is to assign compliance modules to different departments and track completion without manually following up. The platform is intuitive, so even new hires adapt quickly. The reporting dashboard gives me a clean overview of who is behind on training and where we may need additional coaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Some of the deeper reporting features feel a bit limited when trying to create custom compliance audit reports. I sometimes need to export data into spreadsheets to get the level of detail required for regulatory audits. The mobile experience also works but could be smoother for employees who prefer completing modules on their phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great LMS with amazing options to personalize"
What do you like best about Docebo?

- Docebo offers an excellent service right from the start, regardless if you're just interested or already a customer.

- Setting the system up was easy, as it was accompanied and supported by a project team of Docebo. The whole process was very structured and well-thought.

- After the onboarding process you know the whole LMS inside out.

- In addition to that Docebo offers a ton of great features and possibilities to adapt the platform to your needs.

- Customer support is quite fast when you experience any issues (which rarely occur).

- We use the platform on a daily basis and received great feedback from our users.

- AI features are increasing and very helpful - doesn't matter if as admin or user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

- Nothing to declare. The only thing to mention is that Docebo offers a full solution and this is probably not suitable for everyone (e.g. if you need a very simple and basic LMS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solid LMS that keeps our training on track"
What do you like best about Docebo?

What I keep coming back to is how grounding it feels to have all our SOPs and training paths in one place. At Adbuffs, things move fast. New media buyers join, platforms change their rules, we run experiments nonstop, and it’s easy for small details to slip if you’re not careful. Docebo gives me a sense of “okay, at least the fundamentals are covered.”

When someone new joins the team, I can send them straight into a training path and know they’ll get the exact workflow we actually use. Not the version in my head or in a random Google Doc. The real one. And I appreciate being able to update those modules without rebuilding everything from scratch. The automation helps too. Once it’s set, it quietly assigns whatever people need based on their role or team, which takes a load off my plate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

There are moments when the platform feels like it’s hiding secret switches behind the walls. You think you’ve configured something correctly, and then you realize one tiny setting is off and the whole path behaves differently. It’s not that the system is bad, it’s just… picky. And it takes time to really understand how each piece impacts the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Intuitive LMS with Seamless Integrations and Actionable Analytics"
What do you like best about Docebo?

1. The platform has a modern design and is very intuitive to use.

2. Reporting and analytics are clear and actionable, giving quick insights into learner progress, and training impact.

3. Creating and managing content is smooth, especially with built-in authoring.

4. Integrations with productivity tools works seamlessly, making the LMS fit naturally into daily workflows.

5. The customer support team is knowledgeable and ready to assist instead of giving generic replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

1. Initial setup requires some patience, especially when configuring roles and automation rules.

2. The interface can feel slightly busy when managing multiple audiences.

3. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans which may feel limiting for smaller teams.

4. Setting up advanced configurations during implementation can feel time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhancing Team Learning Across Lending Operations"
What do you like best about Docebo?

In my role as VP of Lending, I oversee a team responsible for evaluating loan products, compliance, and customer risk assessment. Docebo has provided a centralized platform for learning and upskilling my team efficiently. The interface is intuitive, making it easy for both experienced and new team members to access required courses. The ability to track learning progress and completion rates helps me ensure that regulatory compliance training and internal processes are consistently followed. Integration with our communication and CRM tools allows learning to be seamlessly part of daily workflows, which reduces downtime and accelerates knowledge adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

While the platform offers robust features, configuring advanced reporting dashboards took more time than I initially expected. Some of the content creation tools could be more user-friendly, and the mobile experience occasionally lags with large course libraries. Customer support is responsive but complex issues may require multiple follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Flexible LMS That Makes Training Easier to Manage"
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo has a clean, modern interface that’s easy for both admins and learners to navigate. I especially like how simple it is to organize courses and track learner progress. The platform offers strong automation features, so assigning training or setting up learning paths doesn’t feel overwhelming. The reporting tools are also helpful for checking engagement and spotting where learners might need more support. The commitment to innovation, with new features rolling out consistently, makes it a future-proof investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

My main critique revolves around feature parity and pricing. Some of the most valuable functionalities, such as advanced analytics or specific automation capabilities, are often tiered or require expensive add-ons. This can make the total cost of ownership quite high compared to some competitors, and it feels like certain core administrative functions (like advanced Instructor-Led Training/ILT session management or nuanced reporting for collaborative tools) could be more streamlined without needing custom CSS workarounds. "Seamless, Personalized and Easy-to-Use LMS"
What do you like best about Docebo?

Honestly, what I like best about Docebo is how smooth and intuitive the whole learning experience feels — both for learners and admins.

As a learner, I love that everything I need is in one clean dashboard — my assigned courses, progress, deadlines, and even AI-suggested content based on what I’ve completed before. It feels a bit like Netflix for learning — super personalized.

As an admin, I really appreciate how automation saves so much time. Once I set up learning paths or groups, Docebo automatically assigns the right content to the right people. Plus, the reporting and analytics are clear and customizable — I can actually see how learning is impacting performance.

And the integrations — with Slack and Teams — make it easy to embed learning into daily workflow rather than pulling people out for training.

So in short: clean UI, smart automation, and real personalization — that’s what I like best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

What I dislike about Docebo is that some of the best features are locked behind add-ons, which makes it a bit expensive as you grow. The platform itself is great, but you really start feeling the cost when you want to expand or use advanced features like automation or AI-generated content.
