For our business case when the booking is done via Salesforce the native integration with Salesforce was a plus even though we had to customise some aspects using our IT team ### 4. LMS's in general can be complicated to configure and use but DCBO gives excellent self-help resources in their Support sections and the VERY useful Docebo University. **What do you dislike about Docebo?** Notifications are....clunky. There's a newly designed system coming but its a few months overdue and its quite a slog to deal with as it is. Also, Learning Plans don't have excellent reporting but that too is ripe for overhaul. You can still get the work done - they both are fully functional - but the User experience is tough. **What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Decentralizing the Training functions of a complex organization without a centralized Learning team. We have 6 teams with unique needs and no central L&D dept so everyone is sort of "on their own". DCBO makes it easy to segment teams and roles, along with powers within those roles so we can operate independently under common guidelines. ### 5. Most of it was intuitive and didn't even require training or explanations to get going. The native reporting options could use some attention. As our industry moves to xAPI, I'd like to see more detailed reporting tools available. I would like to see the ability to see completion reports based on a training class, as opposed to an individual user report. Inability to have checklists that link to required courses to track and report on onboarding and continued L&D progress. While the central repository is helpful as a library to hold all primary content, it doesn't have enough filtering options or identifiable criteria to find what you need, so external organization of all content is required. It shows me content in a variety of different ways. I can track my progress and engage in discussions with other learners if I want to. It remembers where I left off when I last logged in. **What do you dislike about Docebo?** LMSs still generally feel out-of-date and subject to low completion rates. The pandemic has shown a need for a much bigger evolution/revolution to address the needs of a modern, remote work force. I look forward to tools such as Docebo Flow to help address this. 'Course/certificate renewal' process is not as seamless as it needs to be. This is an area we are working with Docebo on. **What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Completion of mandatory courses for a global workforce. Docebo as a tool is capable of doing and tracking this. I look forward to more 'in the moment' learning tools such as Docebo flow. She provided the most amazing customer service and not only answered our questions but made sure we were as prepared as we could be for launch. **What do you dislike about Docebo?** Instead of being customizable, we've had to build workarounds to get the functionality we need. Reports are sub-par. You really need an LMS Admin on the team to run the platform. We have also been having issues with our Account Manager; she has been difficult to get in touch with and she doesn't have any post-implementation strategies to help us move forward.
