## Docebo Reviews
  ### 1. Setting up a learning management system for customer training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

A good range of customisation options and the ability to tailor the system to our use case. Good support from Docebo at set up and after when any problems arise. Similarly, good support from our Customer Success Manager to help us build towards our goals. Generally, the system is reasonablyl easy to use, and there is a wide range of lerning resources that allow me to quickly find the information I need to adjust any aspects of the system.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The system has its nuances, and it is not always intuitive to find the settings you need.
Not every feature is as well implemented as others, and some need technical support to implement or change. The workflow for some aspects can be quite time consuming.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Docebo to build a platform to deliver and sell customer training. It allows us to host our blended learning and on-demand eLearning courses, and has enabled us to reach more customers and deliver training options at scale.

  ### 2. Solid product with good support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The support from our CUstomer Success Manager, Freddie is great. He is really helping us to develop our platform in a way that make sense for our business. He always has an answer to our queries or will find it.

I think the platform itself is user friend for our internal users. And it was straight forward to integrate new users onto the platform.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Learning how to use the administrator parts of the system is a lot and its not always so intuitive where things are until you have really used it for some time.

The onboarding was useful but veery difficult to absorb when we were not using the platfrom yet.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us transform the way people learn in our business and the way customer can consume learning content from us. It helps us to create the material once and share with many people without face to face training regularly.

  ### 3. Winning Combination of Learning and Knowledge Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

One-stop-shop software for managing the learning, knowledge, and intranet needs of my organization.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some weird functionality - Pages aren't searchable, there's sometimes more admin work behind the scenes than necessary.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helped our organization relaunch our intranet and internal knowledge, in tandem with consolidating all of our learning/onboarding/ongoing development under a singular platform that connects with our HRIS.

  ### 4. LMS Administrator

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a flexible LMS platform which enables users to upload assignments/certificates through customized modules. Users can also choose to "record screen" if needed and drag/dop YouTube and Vimeo links.

Additionally, for those managing the platform, there is great flexibility as well, with options such as MyTeam® and customizable "power profiles", which allow for maximum manager control without exposing the platform to the risk of accidental deletions/additions or course edits.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The platform is not very intuitive, with admins needing to practiec within the sandbox for some time before managing the platform. There are other downsides, such as the inability to archive courses (altough you can archive learners).

Another downside is the ILT session tool, which takes some time to master and requires IT to link the preferred videoconferencing tool.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the most part, compliance and training accountability. All the tools needed for tracking compliance, learner transparency and accountability are there---all that is needed is expert execution.

  ### 5. Amazing Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron Max A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Whenever I have issues or questions that I cannot find the answers for on self service, I know I can reach out to the Docebo team to help me find the solution. What's also great is that they periodically meet with us to assess if all of our needs are being met by the current features.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

On occaision we identify some features or reporting options that are unavailble. Sometimes it's possible to creatively work around this, while other times, we just have to wait until the feature update is hopefully implemented.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allows us to create Learning Experiences for our external customers by hosting the learning data and allowing us to review the KPIs important to show our impact.

  ### 6. Docebo satisfaction feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Wide range of options and features, gamification and dynamic groups' menus.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Certain rigidity in a few functionalities, like learning plans and re-certification, which are not allowing to freeze the completion of one learning plan/certification when re-certifying and re-taking courses in another learning plan, without affecting learning plan's completion % and completion date. Also it'd be great if we could manually and in once click get rid of .pdf certificates which were issued for a bunch of learners.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for training and certification of our internal staff as well as sales channels worldwide, to boost their knowledge about our solutions and services, or internal tools.

  ### 7. Mostly positive, with a couple of significant issues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The implementation process is really straight forward. The Learn module of the product works well for the most part. Modern look, support is ok. Seems comparable to other products on the market.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Calendar integration is woefully undersupported out of the box, despite it being sold as having it. It's limited to automating an email with a calendar item attached to it. For true calendar integration you need to buy Docebo Connect at a huge markup. This was only made clear to us after we signed the contract and the upselling started. This seems to be a common issue for other companies too.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing instructor lead training sessions and tracking learning records was previously reliant on spreadsheets. Using Docebo streamlines the process and cuts a lot of admin work.
We've recently migrated our compliance training to the platform, and automating the chasers reminders has been a big improvement; previously was done manually and was not well received by the business.

  ### 8. Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Accommodates many of our needs for e-Learning courses.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Lack of communication regarding changes or delayed communication. The customer service is not the best when submitting tickets. The customization of the pages is very limited and somewhat "old school" compared to other LMSs. The Power User profiles also have limited customization. The ILT feature is not useable and creates more work for the team.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking enrollments

  ### 9. Great learning software for an organisation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shriya M. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a good one stop solution to find all the resources which helped me any many ways to assist my customers.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There's nothing much to dislike about Docebo.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo, helped me to assist my customer in a most appropriate way.

  ### 10. A 5* LMS that you can customise to your needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Customise to your own needs, you can have several dashboards for different users. We have created a New Starter Page, pages for different departments and more recently created a page on using AI. We love how you can design pages using images and text.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

They tend to release / share products that are not ready / fit for purspose. A recent example, we received a Teams demo to show how Docebo can be integrated into Teams. It was clear during the demo that is cannot do half of what Docebo are wanting it to do so we suggested revisiting it at a later date when it further developed.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our learning being in one place, collaboration across teams, our people being able to access just in time training, our onboarding process is more streamlined now we are using Docebo.

Its a one stop shop for learning and any events we host at Burges Salmon individuals will go to Docebo to sign up.

  ### 11. Great user interface but clunky compliance training management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The user interface is modern and visually appealing. The administration functionality is simple for the most part, with a few clunky pieces which we've provided feedback on. The reporting section is super easy to use and configure. The support we get from Jeanine is phenomonal. She's very knowledgeable accross the system, and will always investigate if she doesn't know the answer straight away.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The current setup for managing yearly compliance training is very clunky. You have to use two seperate functions (courses and certifications), and they show up differently for the end user. This causes confusion for the end user, as they don't understand the difference between the two, and it's not that easy to explain either. We also have to use two seperate reports to see overdue courses and expired certifications, which means that leaders who want to view this information for their employees also have to use/view two different reports (rather than having the information in a centralised report/location). We understand this functionality is due to be improved in 2025, but is currently impacting the user experience for our employees and leaders.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Docebo to manage all ILT and eLearning training accross our organisation. One of the main purposes is the management of our yearly compliance training assignments/completions. The automatic enrolment rules based on group/branch, and the ability for users to manage their retraining themselves has been a great feature for us. This has helped us to target specific groups and ensure that the right training is assigned to the right people, and that each employee is able to complete their yearly refresher tranings without them being reassigned by an admin user.

  ### 12. Not perfect but the best LMS I've worked with

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aimee S. | Learning and development Principle, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The user experience is good in Docebo. It's easy to set things up in an easy way for the end user but it also has most of the backend stuff of a 'serious LMS' that is required for compliance etc. There is definitely room for improvement, but this is a good, well-rounded solution and I've looked at a lot of different systems. I like that the Coach and Share element that allows for community building, knowledge sharing and working with experts which is very important in any modern learning ecosystem. I also appreciate that it is easy to use even as an administrator.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The certification renewal functionality needs updating.
The notifications are clunky and difficult to work with, although you can actually do a lot with them.
The skills mapping functionality is an exciting development with huge potential, but it needs to be customisable. The skills library used is not relevant to most organisations I've worked with.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking mandatory learning for a regulated healthcare organisation.
Offering eLearning and instructor-led learning.
Rolling out leadership development programme.
Offering continuous personal and professional development to employees.
Potentially promoting knowledge sharing and recognising expertise.

  ### 13. Docebo review after two years of international use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S. L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The Docebo team:
The "carers":
Both the CSM and the AM are very competent and helpful.
The support:
Help centre with help desk chat respond within 2 minutes and show the solutions via videos or screenshots.

The Docebo System
The system itself:
The setting options. You can configure and adjust everything yourself.
Access rights and visibility:
You can assign modular access rights and thus also visibility.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Modular configurability is both a blessing and a curse. You should always have a concept and a proof of concept.
The sandbox is a must-have to be able to try out exactly such cases. So you need to know what you are doing!

You have to pay extra for almost every module. I understand the business model, but it would be nice to have a " no worries package".

Still very good value compared to other providers!

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global certification platform and corresponding documentation
Development of a knowledge platform.
Global access for the relevant countries.

  ### 14. A LMS that answers to most of our needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Easy to set up, groups and branches features are useful to manage users (internal and external), simple to define the user's learning journey, accessible anywhere in the world.
Capacity to record videos and amend them before publishing, diversity of formats recognized (ppt, Word, pdf, mp4...).
Easy to use for the learner, possibility to stop a content and come back later to continue where they left, accessible in different devices.
Support team is nice and efficient. The chat feature is very useful to have direct solution to an issue. Our CSM Omar RAI always tries to find solution and workarounds. He is willing to help us making the most of the solution. We have a very good relationship and we know we can trust him doing his best to guide us. We have regular catch up but Omar is always available in between when we have questions.
The community is active. We can share our ideas and vote for the ones that would be the more useful to us. Then Docebo product team uses these ideas and votes to identify features to work on. This is a good way to make sure product improvements answer to customers needs.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some features seem to be very common according to what we see in the community and could be very useful to a lot of admin/powerusers. Few features could help us gaining a lot of time. Also language management could be easier. And global reporting for assessment could be more detailed in order to follow up on users answers for several tests at once.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to deliver digital trainings to our colleagues and customers. The onboarding process is optimized and customized per department. Our customers are supported by video tutorial to implement our solution. Docebo makes our life easier on a daily basis. We can now communicate internally on our new features and train main teams on how to use it.

  ### 15. The people at Docebo are very committed and supportive.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Margarita S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I know the platform from my former employer and I like that it is very flexible and easy to manage. Besides, the staff at Docebo is very dedicated and supportive. We always have a good basis for discussions and arguments and I have the feeling that our needs and issues are understood. Needless to say that not every issue addressed by us can be solved, but we see that our contact person Jihane (CSM) is always trying to find aolutions or workarounds. In my opinion, we have a very healthy relationsship where there is always room for personal conversation.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There is not really anything that I dislike about Docebo. I have seen how my former employer has used to platform to implement great courses for German, but I think there is still potential for companies like G DATA that use it as a LMS for different clients and not for themselves.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo makes it possible to integrate various customers and still performing well.

  ### 16. Maximizing Docebo Through Vendor Partnership

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We are able to build an incredibly customized learning experience for each of our audiences through a very intuitive, tech-forward platform. Our end users (learners) consistently rate their experience on the platform as high. Learning is always available, along with regular updates and communications to continue improving the learner experience.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Getting started can be daunting because the platform has so much functionality and customization available.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Docebo, we are able to scale our learning solutions for internal and customer audiences. We have experienced innovation and growth through the ability to provide customized solutions for each audience.

  ### 17. Best case for a midsize enterprise all-in-one LMS solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The flexibility of the audience/content mapping, and how easy it is to leverage the same training module in differentiated learning paths.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I'd love more options on the gamification module.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us scale our learning services. Our audience is comprised of both company employees and clients, with segregated authentication methods and hybrid curricula.

  ### 18. Lots of features and functions. For better and for worse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Lots of features - we were able to set up most of what we wanted and got a lot of great functionality from the product. There was a lot we never even got to use but would have liked to.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There is so much to learn and some very particular workflows and dependencies that it made it difficult to get engagement from anyone but a few experts. There was a lot we didn't need in our particular case that we had to work around.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to standardize and scale and track our training across the business. Docebo let us keep everything in one place, standardize the content and delivery, and report on the activities of learners. Also helped us bring in outside learning content/materials and easily integrate into our trianings.

  ### 19. Docebo is a great system for delivering eLearning courses to both your Customers and Employees.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart M. | Web Master, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo, has a great Admin Console where an Administrator can do loads. It allows for easy Layout, it has a great Course Player Interface and allows for some Customisation.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Sometimes, there are not any shortcuts to get from the page you are Editing to how it will perform after you have Edited it ( if that amakes any sense?)

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is working on providing an AI eLearning Course creator which would help speed up the production rate and delivery of our eLearning courses to our Customers.

  ### 20. Answered a lot of our problems and challenges when it comes to training.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

User friendly, great customer support, ease of integration and implementation, and the vaste amount of features we are able to use as a global company.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There are a few features that could use a bit of work such as, reporting, certification & retraining, and some of the gamification features could use expanding.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When COVID stopped all our in person training, we had to quickly jump to online and virtual training. Docebo was able to quickly help us onboard, set up our external need for training and solve a lot of the manual recording we were doing before. We now have 13 brands under our corporate structure that use Docebo and we strictly use Docebo for all internal training.

  ### 21. Customer Experience is Stellar

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** suzan h. | VP, Learning & Performance Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The customer experience with Docebo is very refreshing for a SAAS. We are still in contact with our sales contact and onboarding spec. Very friendly.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

We have not been satisfied with the help desk, just not a lot of information that allows us to do any troubleshooting on our own.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allows us a fast, easy way to deliver content to our learners.

  ### 22. Has definitely improved over the past year and fits our needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace S. | Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like that I can schedule ILTs for my company to facilitate real-time learning as well as the flexibility of the set up

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Things you would expect to happen naturally in the system have to be set up via webhook which uses a lot of technical resource time. Disappointed in the UI, but not the worst LMS

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform for our customers, partners, and employees and this was one of three LMS's we evaluated that fit the bill there. I wish engagement was better on the employee standfront.

  ### 23. Awesome experience with Docebo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish S. | QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I've a great experience with docebo as we get multiple training opportunity with docebo

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Nothing to dislike as there is a feedback : It can be more attractive.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving a training opportunity. We get multiple options to learn and get trainings for relevant departments.

  ### 24. Docebo USer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max M. | Platform Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like the admin menu ease of use. I can find everything so easily

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

No search engine for catalogs! Like why would you not have it

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our LMS platform

  ### 25. Assistant

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn D. | Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

the vast information that can be shared with many, the quantity of what you can have in the database

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

have to go through various steps to get to the end result in many cases

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monthly meetings to stay in touch with updates, assistance needed, status of some areas being worked on

  ### 26. Setting up an e-learning platform for a client

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The very high degree of customization of the courses and the training material. For example the settings about the courses materials which allow to hide some training materal up to a specific date, all the settings related to feedbacks and time management when it comes to tests, and so on. I also really like the fact that the platform is intuitive to use and that in the Docebo Community and Docebo Help there are a lot of shared articles that answer most of the questions one has when using this tool.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The section Certificate Template for creating custom user certificates templates is not so user-friendly. When creating a template with text, you have to download the file each time so see whether the text is posiitioned correctly without the ability to see a preview. And for an e-learning platform custom certificates are important.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allowed our client to create learning plans for their employees to make sure that they have assimilated the corporate culture and working methodology promoted by the company, and in a second step to start offering non-optional thematic live webinars to their employees.

  ### 27. Docebo as a LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Having control over the look and feel of our platform allows us to custom-tailor our platform to our different user groups. Making it more user friendly and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

When requesting assistance being referred to Knowledge-Based Articles instead of the support staff explaining or working through the question/issue.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently working through restructuring our courses so certificates are not being duplicated. We are also using the platform to verify someone in a non-member status is accurate.

  ### 28. Highly Intuitive LMS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicki L. | Learning Technology Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We recognize that Docebo is one of the leading LMS' on the market worldwide, and is far more than the common compliance tools we've used in the past. Docebo has helped us to break down those training barriers within teams!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Because of our use case in the energy industry and coming from a compliance heavy background, it can make change difficult, especially when training can be driven from a learner level.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are learning how to break down the barriers of strict compliance based learning and transitioning to AI, learner driven learning. This has helped us to attract key players within our company and engage them where they didn't have the opportunity to previously.

  ### 29. Great customer experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sotiria K. | Global Retail Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The product, the customer success team that work hard to support its customers, and the speedy customer service! The platform is easy to use and implement and we can reach out to all our retail staff very easily!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I would love to have more options in notifications menu. It always shows up as an endless list of tasks or things to do, and it is overwhelming, or just not interesting to follow!

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reach to our retail staff is really easy without them having to use personal emails or work emails.

  ### 30. Frustrating Platform to Use

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

There are many capabilities if you know what you are doing

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

-The platform is extremely difficult to use are a new user, NOT at all user friendly
- The platform seems to be created by developers with zero insight from a L&D professional, so some things that would make sense for a learner are not offered. So implementing new things/initiatives is painfully difficulty at times.
- The enterprise dashboard is useless, it provides no useful information
- reporting is very annoying and if you ever want useable metrics you have to pay and we pay a lot already
- We have come across a few features (gamification, playlists, etc) that seem half baked, Docebo like to advertise these great things but in reality they don't work or have serious limitations.
- zero proactive communication when things aren't working, our site has been down, reports haven't worked and no one has communicated what the problem is. We have always had to reach out
- There seems to be a million steps that are required for any given thing on the platform, from course set up to channel management, and heaven forbid you want to set up a new landing page. If you miss one little step along the way it wont work or will cause issues in the future. It shouldn't be so difficult!!
- We also had absolutely terrible customer support for months. We had to escalate and get legal involved it was so bad

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to put courses up and have new staff go through onboarding

  ### 31. Jihane

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

1. She keeps us abreast on all the info we need to know about the platform.
2. I appreciate the sessions for new products and hooking us up with third party providers and other customers whose cases can be useful or insightful for us.
3. She has a very bright and nice demeanor every single time. I don't ever feel that we're a "chore" or an item she needs to check off her list of things to do.
4. She and Evan really listen well to our discussions. I don't think I've ever experienced a moment with them when they didn't catch something because they were probably thinking of something else or got distracted. We always have their full attention.
5. She's honest about items she needs to check first and doesn't pretend that she knows it.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Nothing really. Jihane has been a great CSM to work with that I really look forward to our bi-weekly syncs. I can't think of anything I dislike about how Jihane is as our CSM.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completion tracking: has been on point since Day 1
Scheduled Reporting: made tracking and reporting completions for such a huge organization a breeze even with the limitations (i.e., file size, etc.)
Workday Integration: it's not yet perfect but still beats updating users manually

  ### 32. Easy to configure and use LMS.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annika Q. | Consultant, validation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Great customer service (thank you Freddie!)
Also, we had very good support when we did initial implementation 2017.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Service Desk sometimes knows less about the product than we do...

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training records in one place, easy to find and accurate.
One stop shoop for all training.

  ### 33. Best LMS I have EVER used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Everything just works. It's a pleasure to use. From setting up everything in the background to the user experience, everything is smooth and pleasing to interact with. The customisbaility is great and every company's Docebo LMS I see is always different. The versatility is awesome. The companion Mobile app is also very well built and great for learners on the go.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Would love to see more widgets included. Things like carousels would be great for the home page. More options for things like skill badges and subject mastery would be great too.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivery eLearning to users worldwide. The delivery is seamless and Docebo has everything we need to accomplish this. As well as this we also deliver ILT sessions. Incorporating both is perfect.

  ### 34. When technology meets usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edoardo G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a complete LMS solution that includes huge capabilities. It is amazing how much you can customize the user interface creating a friendly and intuitive environment that is fully integrated with the brand image. The number of available features and usability is associated with a strong focus on innovation that keeps the platform at the top of the LMS ranking. Using the Connect module, they allowed a secure and easy-to-deploy capability to integrate the LMS with the entire IT architecture integrating data coming from the different systems to create meaningful insights.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

What makes Docebo strong is, on the other hand, its weakness. The high customization and the number of available features make the platform complex and require professionally trained people to implement and maintain the top its incredibly powerful potential.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Docebo, we can offer our customers a truly personalized experience with centralized control and management.

  ### 35. Robust and reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It is playing SCORM content without glitches to hundreds every day. It has an extensive and accurate report function on many levels. Customer support is lightning fast and helpful. The API is extensive with an API explorer. The online guides are helpful.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The complexity of some functions require a deep study and a lot of testing to set up. (Setup of Power User profiles, LTI courses, tests).
Navigation in courses having multiple SCORMS. (You wil get a mix of platform navigation and the SCORM own navigation, confusing for the user).

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivering e-learning Content to employees and reporting status to other systems. Some use of LTI courses. Reporting function is a backup system.

  ### 36. Docebo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The Central Repository as well as the integrations with our other software.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The native UX isn't great. You will have to customize it.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to disseminate courses and training materials to targeted groups.

  ### 37. All in one LMS!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo offers so many products and solutions for the learning and development world!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Only downside of Docebo is the inability to call a support team member. Sometimes you just need to call someone to explain what's going on as opposed to a chat message or email.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is allowing us to create consistent onboarding across the organization with easy to track information.

  ### 38. Recommendation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Simplicity and easy to understand and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Custom reports does not work the way that we are looking for. (Cannot create the headers of our choice even though those fields are there in Docebo).

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educating the employees wthin the organisation. Aditonally, for Internal Job Postings we create courses with the Quiz and then asks the respective person to clear the quiz, this leads them to clear a level of round in the IJP process. Moreover, employees come to Docebo portal and can take the courses which becomes a refresher for them on certain topics, which is very helpful.

  ### 39. A Stellar Learning Management System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The customer support provided by Docebo is prompt and effective. Their knowledgeable and responsive support team ensures that users receive timely assistance when encountering issues or seeking clarification. This commitment to customer satisfaction adds significant value to the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

One of the notable drawbacks of Docebo is its Instructor Led Training functionality. While the system offers basic ILT features, it lacks the depth and sophistication seen in other areas of the LMS. The scheduling and tracking of ILT sessions are somewhat cumbersome, and the overall experience for both instructors and learners during live sessions could be more seamless.

I also miss robust tools to enhance participant engagement during live sessions. Interactive features like polls, quizzes, or collaborative activities are either limited or not seamlessly integrated. This absence of engagement tools hinders the ability to create truly immersive and participatory ILT experiences.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a centralized platform for standardized training content, ensuring that all employees receive consistent information and skills in a cost-efficient way. It also streamlines onboarding through automated processes, self-paced modules, and centralized access to essential resources, accelerating the time it takes for new employees to become productive.

  ### 40. Very flexible product for smaller organisations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** helen S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The features, flexibility of configuration and the great implementation support.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

When taking the bundled, Docebo content there is no easy way for end users to see what is available and select it.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single portal for all learning related information, online content and training. Allows me to manage a considerable workload very simply, whilst giving my users a great experience. This gives improves efficiency and effectiveness all round.

  ### 41. Meets Expectations - Could Exceed Them

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

In corporate learning, it's fairly straightforward and includes the necessary features for delivering internal or external training. Courses have the minimum features to host third-party content or bespoke content. User and Course Management allow categorization. You can distinguish between your types of learners and your types of courses. The Power User system continues to get better and better, making it a viable roles and permissioning tool. Custom CSS and language Localization tools make the platform almost completely customizable: want to hide a feature? add a wait list banner? change the name of eLearning to "Online Learning"? You can do that and more.
The API is the most powerful tool in this platform. Automate, automate, automate and join the Docebo Community to see how your colleagues around the world are making the most of the API.
And, the most powerful part of the Docebo ecosystem is their Chat Support. Some of the best Chat I've ever worked with across four different LMSs. They go the extra mile to bring you real solutions instead of just pointing you to a help article. Keep it up!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

My background is primarily in academic LMSs. Docebo is my first corporate LMS, and I've now been using it for 3 years. Compared against academic LMSs, Docebo is subpar for actual learning. It is a corporate learning tool: deliver trainings, get money for them. It excels at those features. Active learning? Social learning? Integrated third parties for learning? Create an effective learning environment? Craft a visually appealing visual narrative with your learning content? Nope on all fronts. IF you can do this, you'll need CSS or to buy one of their add-ons.

They do not have an actual Archiving system for users, courses, groups, or anything like that. If you want to "turn something off" or "hide it", your only choice is to tuck it into a separate Category or Branch and label it Archived. This can still convolute searches and get in the way of real systemization in the backend.

Lifecycle of Learning. What does that mean? In academia, we know that a course lives for a specific amount of time. It might last for a semester, a winterim, or a year, but even within that time frame it will have marking periods, exam times, and more. These are natural and necessary flows to learning. And then, when the course is done, it will need to be sunset and archived. In Docebo, the course is on or it is off. There is no archiving, there is no start date, there is no end date. The validity dates only tie to when the whole content is DUE but doesn't actually play into whether the course is live or archived.

There is no Recycle Bin! If you delete anything by accident, you have to roll back the entire platform to your 24 hour backup. That's simply untenable. The risk of deleting legitimate content by accident is too high. I do not allow ANY Power Users to have the permission to delete ANY content. It's a significant barrier to autonomy across teams in the platform.

The Power User feature, which allows you to give higher permissions to teams without giving them full superadmin access, MUST be better. Having to assign individual resources to each individual Power User at a time defeats the purpose of a ROLE. They have a Power User Profile feature which allows you to set the Permissions per Profile, but then the actual Resources the user has access to manage with those Permissions must be set manually and user-by-user. It's the worst roles and permissions system I've worked with across Moodle, Schoology, and Canvas.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A business requirement is to deliver the same curriculum to internal and external users, while allowing both sets of users to receive distinct content. Docebo allows us to do this with the Extended Enterprise functionality. All of our Customer Education content is available to our employees, while Compliance and company-specific training is ONLY available to our employees. This reduces management/development time on curriculum having to be in two locations or have separate LMSs for each purpose.

  ### 42. Very flexible and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzanne H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like the flexibility the best. And its very easy to use

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

You can only add 1 logo and only 1 flavicon. Sometimes because of the flexibility it can become very chaotic if you want to fill the system more and more.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the onboarding more flexible and less straining for the people who need to train new employees.
Its also making it easier for us to store and share information using a training.

  ### 43. Aerogen Feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I love the Docebo system it is very easy and simple to use. Aneet Brar our Account Manager is always very responsive to requirements and she understands that we always need fast responses due to the nature of our business.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I love Docebo. Go1 is a disaster of a system though and I do not like it. This is not a Docebo issue more a partner issue. Aneet does her best to overcome their short comings however.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as our LMS. As our team is a Global one we would not be able to achieve the level of training we do without it.

  ### 44. Docebo easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is an intuitive and in-depth LMS that has been easy to pick up.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

We have had difficultes with notifications.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows customer self-registration for live trainings.

  ### 45. Docebo Learn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

People make the difference. The Docebo team, from account management and customer success, to the support teams - I have no issues contacting and talking with those assigned to our account. We have several channels available, including a ticketing system, live chat, and monthly meetings.

Our implementation back in 2018 went smoothly, and we have been able to build different 'themed' LMS setups for different projects using the instance functionality.

The platform is stable, new product releases are demoed, and the documentation is usually up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, the functionality of the platform allows different types of learning materials to be uploaded, and the reports provide both a high-level overview and granular detail on individual learners.

The community is becoming an increasingly valuable resource, with different customers sharing their experiences and knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

We have had two occasions this year where important information was not 'pushed' out to customers or our customer success person. This may not become a problem, but it is notable as it is the first time in a good few years that we have raised a concern about the lack of proactive contact.

Regarding functionality for improvement, there are some smaller ticket items, such as closed captions on/off by course rather than always on per item if uploaded and versioning references in the central repository would be helpful.

There is a bigger course of work to improve the instances which is underway. Being able to get the automatic account activated email branded per instance would be good, or getting them bcc'd to a different control address per instance.

Being able to see error logs would be very helpful, especially knowing when notifications have been sent/have failed.

These are all good points to raise if you gain a demo or get to talk with existing customers.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo Learn provided a SaaS replacement for our self-hosted LMS.

  ### 46. I had an excellent meeting today with Adrian Thomas!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clover R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We need a way to provide training to our staff no matter where they are. Adrian Thomas suggested ideas that encompass changes we have wanted to make but never knew Docebo had the ability to make.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The chat help rarely finds an answer to our problem. They usually say they don't know, but I can suggest that it be added. I wish they had told us that there were Customer Support Specialists like Adrian who could assist us in optimizing our system years ago as we were looking to change systems due to a lack of support for our needs.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting multifaceted learning to span across all departments.

  ### 47. Docebo's learning technology and development always seems to be ahead of the curve!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ash M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

This platform is comprehensive, with awsome functionality, multiple reporting options available and we really love their overall approach to e-learning.
Great product, amazing support and insight from Temmy and Michael.
We are so happy to have purchased this product!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Not much really.
Perhaps we could have more options to add to power user profiles.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance training and reporting is key to us and the certifcates help maintain our engagement and tracking.

  ### 48. Docebo is a great platform to learn about products and gain knowledge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khushboo J. | Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo gives an opportunity to get knowledge about product and also to educate team members

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Nothing to dislike about, as everything is greate.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As they schedule weekly and day to day knowledge class and task which helps us to know updates about product changes

  ### 49. Docebo Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I highly appreciated the support provided by Docebo in various ways. The ticketing-system works seemlessly and helped resolve a few issues already. On top of that I highly value the regular catch up meetings with Ludmila from Docebo who continuously supports us in any topics we have.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

From an admin's perspective I have to admit that the tool itself is not very straight forward. We do find our ways by now, but for occational tasks it feels like having to remind ourselves or even re-learn how to do things over and over again.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is helping us eliminate repetative onboarding sessions for both, internal and external customers. Moving forward I would love to use it for ILTs as well, but at the moment it does not seem to integrate too well with our MS Teams, Outlook and other solutions and I believe it is a pitty we have to go with Docebo Connect additionally to the enterprise plan.

  ### 50. So much growth in the last 5 years

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annarose P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a highly configurable platform that suits many difference LMS use cases (especially because of how the platform can integrate with so many other systems). The solution has grown exponentially since we initially purchased the platform 5 years ago. They are constantly working to make updates and introduce features and functionalities that keep the platform at the forefront of learning technologies. They have also worked hard to grow a fantastic community of customers that acts as the best first tier support for their clients!

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

While they are working hard to introduce new features and functionalities, there are some features that the platform lacks that I know clients have been requesting for a while (such as users being able to download their own training records).

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use a single platform for both customer education as well as employee education. This saves us from having multiple LMS platforms. And with the extended enterprise option, we actually have our external and internal users accessing the same platform from different URLs, and each user type has a totally different experience! We are also able to make use of e-commerce in the platform as well as a subscription model! So our external users can have the option to pay for a subscription to gain access to a lot of content, or purchase individual courses if they would like.
