The UI is attractive. **What do you dislike about Docebo?** There are several critical features missing from Docebo that my organization needs with just a few examples being the ability to test notifications, the ability to require click-through on all slides with the google integration, making it easier to change fonts when you're setting up training material descriptions. There are weird hiccups almost every day, like I can't change the number of questions on a test if anyone is in progress. I can't view how many times someone has attempted a test. You can't assign a certificate to a specific user. If you look through the ideas portal and my chat history you'll see several more. **Recommendations to others considering Docebo:** Doesn't work great for smaller organization LMS **What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the basic function of delivering a learning experience through courses. Benefits include easily seeing who has completed courses. ### 3. Beware **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2021 **What do you like best about Docebo?** I like the features to create different types of learning modes, Instructor led, E-learning, etc. I love the course widgets. and the layout of the course for the learners is very professional. **What do you dislike about Docebo?** First of all, they just introduced a new feature called Docebo Connect. This means that all the native integrations they previously had will now go away and will be fee-based. We paid a large sum of money to connect Docebo to Shopify with APIs; then they said that the native integrations with Shopify will now be removed, and everything will have to be paid for through Docebo Connect. The account manager is not helpful and they do not share information clearly with us. They don't offer suggestions to help us improve our workflow, and they try to find every possible way to bill you for more money. The e-commerce features are very limited, and we keep losing hundreds of users every month because they drop off the shopping cart and don't go through with the purchase. I do not like the subscriptions either. The integration with zoom is extremely buggy. **What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making our learning visible. We want to create a professional online shop for all of our training courses and allowing students to purchase and complete learning in an easy and user-friendly way. **Official Response from Rob Ayre:** > We’d like to assure you that our native integrations are not going away or becoming fee-based. We continually work to maintain and improve these integrations. In addition, we are enhancing this existing free offering, by adding even more (400+) integration options through our new connector marketplace, Docebo Connect.  We are continuing to offer many critical apps, like webinar tools and payment gateways through our LMS, free of charge. Where it makes sense, however, we are transitioning some important integrations (like Shopify) to Docebo Connect, where we can offer additional value and quality to our customers through Connect templates and additional workflow flexibility to fit unique integration needs.  Where these transitions impact our customers, we will of course work with you to ensure the best outcome possible and encourage you to contact us directly through the communication center of your platform or help.docebo.com so that we can discuss your concerns. ### 4. Beta product being falsely sold as enterprise-class **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2021 **What do you like best about Docebo?** Option for custom CSS and custom dictionary. With a lot of effort, you can make the GUI somewhat user-friendly for learners. **What do you dislike about Docebo?** I have used Docebo as an admin for many years now and trained many thousands of learners with it. In that time, almost nothing in the product has improved. It feels like a beta product to this day. When they introduce something new, it takes years for them to incrementally add the things that should've been included from day one. Their developers have very clearly never used another LMS and constantly think about everything in the L&D/elearning space in the most backward ways.... then they spend the next few years undoing & redoing the counter-intuitive way they originally rolled something out. This is a company that's been overly focused on IPO and building shiny new features to hook in prospects while doing nothing for existing customers. Once those prospects convert to being paid customers, they quickly realize that all the shiny stuff is totally irrelevant to the day-to-day life of using and administering the product. I imagine Docebo is great for very small customers with very limited needs. If you're working in the enterprise space, forget about it. I will only advocate for Docebo once they start knocking off the enormous backlog of feature requests and polish up the very basic LMS functions that have been basically abandoned. Stop chasing cheap money grabs like Coach & Share or Shape and just fix your basic product please. **What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We simply would like to have a simple, feature-rich product to train people. ### 5. Many times I have come across something like catalogs not sorting properly and chatted only to find out "yes, we are aware of this". **What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our onboarding process has been expedited in our support department.
