What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo's greatest strength lies in the vast customization options, both from a data architecture perspective and from an UI/UX perspective. The platform comes with a user-friendly administrative interface and robust documentation, making it easy for any admin or power user to get up to speed in little to no time. A special mention also goes to the people at Docebo, including the support team - they have always been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

While Docebo is a mature solution, naturally, it is not perfect. To address this, Docebo offers a great Community platform, which allows Docebo users to propose improvement ideas and to vote/comment on others' proposals. To share a specific example, the enhancement proposals I follow closely are related to more flexibility regarding the ILT setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?
