What do you like best about Blueshift?

Ability to send high volume of emails on a given day, get real-time analytics of email open rate, bounces, click-through rate, etc. Ability to re-send the emails incase of outages, timeouts, so that we do not lose out on high performing days. What do you dislike about Blueshift?

Ability to be alerted real-time if emails haven't gone out so that we can re-send the emails at a later time. Right now, the events are lost whenever outages happen and we need to rely on Blueshift to resend the emails to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Blueshift?

I like that Blueshift comes with great features for unifying customer data and also comes with great data management features.

With this tool, we leverage on AI features to customer customer experience and this promotes customer loyalty and high retention.

I like that we can create and automate customer customer journeys which helps when it comes to targeted marketing which Blueshift is good at.

With the tool, creating complex marketing campaigns is always easy thanks to the automation features of this tool.

I like that Blueshift makes launching campaigns, test strategies and personalize experiences thanks to being able to leverage on customer data.

What do you like best about Blueshift?

I like the simplicity of the patform and how I can join my campaigns together with the journey mapper. The recommendations are really powerful and data is received in realtime.

Implementation was quick and easy to, with full support from the team.

This is the only tool I use, to monitor campaigns, and data as well as being able to see results and make tweaks along the way.

Learning curve: Especially for customers who need to make a switch from one tool to another, or are new to CDP and automation tools, it can be overwhelming and impractical.

What do you like best about Blueshift?

Onboarding and support team are top notch. They also take feedback seriously and improve product directly from user experience.

The platform is relatively easy to use with flexible features to adapt to any number of needs from static list sends to AWS integrations and API feeds.

Implementation is straight forward as long as you have clean data from your system, if you are dealing with bad product data it may take a second to properly integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blueshift?

The two biggest downsides to Blueshift are the reporting - it would be nice to be able to filter and segement reports based on use attributes directly in the platform. The other issue that has popped up is when exporting your data into a CSV or Excel it lumps all the customer attirubtes into a large data blob that is difficult to parse.
