data quality is quite high to be honest. I love how easy it is to use the interface. And the API integrations allowed me to immediately connect it to my own AI agent system. What do you dislike about Seamless (formally Seamless.AI)?

originally I was sold that I could get 1000 leads a day. Quick math = 365000 leads a year for $1500 that's a killing of a deal. But then, I found out that "leads" were sourced contacts matching ICP, not real leads as these people/companies have not yet raised their hand as interested to be approached by my sales team. And then the other thing that actually threw me off was that it is really 1000 contacts per day. If I don't go there a day or a few days or a few months, I don't get these 1000/day back, the timer resets to 1000 every day. And then it's not 12:00 AM my time, it is 12:00 AM UTC = 5:00 PM my time! Good to know, so that when I start my use of seamless.ai at 4:30 PM, I can go on for another 1000 contacts as of 5:00 and source 2000 contacts every other day. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Very very little. I chose Apollo primarily for its extensive B2B contact database and API capabilities. In theory, the data coverage looked strong for sales prospecting and automation workflows but the results were not even close to what I expected.

However, I never got the chance to fully experience any real benefits. I purchased a subscription that included monthly API credits, but near the end (not at the end) of my billing cycle I still had ~1,360 credits remaining when the API started returning billing errors. I was locked out before I could meaningfully use the service for any prospecting or data enrichment tasks.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The billing and credit system is predatory and poorly designed. I paid for a subscription that included a specific number of monthly API credits. With approximately 1,360 credits still unused near the end of the billing period, the API began returning billing-related errors that completely blocked access before the billing period actually ended.

I immediately contacted Apollo support requesting assistance to restore access so I could use the credits I had already paid for. Support refused to help and explicitly stated that nothing would be done unless I renewed or purchased another subscription. Extortion much?

This is unacceptable. Customers should be able to use the credits they prepaid during the active billing cycle. Instead, Apollo effectively made my remaining credits worthless unless I paid them more money. Their support response felt like deliberate extortion rather than customer service.

This experience left me with a very negative view of their business practices. I lost access to a significant portion of the service I paid for with zero meaningful remedy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unfortunately, Apollo.io did not solve any meaningful problems for me. I signed up intending to use it for B2B data enrichment, contact sourcing, and API-driven automation workflows. However, I was never able to reach that point due to hallucination and billing/access issues.

Near the end (not at the end) of my paid billing cycle, with ~1,360 API credits still available, the platform started returning billing errors that prevented any further usage. Support refused to restore access unless I paid for another subscription. As a result, I received essentially zero benefit from the service despite paying in full.

- Export limits. Pulling large lists into CRM hits caps that slow down bulk partner mapping projects.

- Mobile experience. The desktop workspace is strong, but mobile feels like an afterthought when I need a quick lookup between meetings.

Nooks is a power and parallel dialler that makes it so much easier to hit higher call volume per day. But it also enables better conversations by showing you all your key info in one screen. It automatically opens the prospects relevant CRM page, LinkedIn and company website so you have that to hand while calling.

It also has features that enrich numbers, so you connect to uncallables. It allows you to navigate the call screens that most people have set up.

My favourite feature is the AI roleplay bots that help you practice in real time.

It's only gone down a handful of times but they keep improving the product.

I use RocketReach for extracting contact emails and sending mail using sequences. I like the contact social connect feature, like Facebook and LinkedIn, and personal information, as it allows me to connect rather than just sending mail or calling.
