What do you like best about Seamless (formally Seamless.AI)?

The price/benefits ratio is pricely were a contact search tool should be located. And the tool finds about 90% contacts correctly that we need to look up. A clean user interface, allows you to quickly find not only your curent information, but also look up you past searches.

The export tool is great whcih creates you a file that can be operated in Excel.

What do you dislike about Seamless (formally Seamless.AI)?

Sometimes it doesn't find a contact, or only after I also put the company information in. I don't like to do this, becasue in rare cases this tool makes up an email address. I use this feature as the last resort.

I also dind't find yet an ability to give my feedback and it stays in the record when I found a functional email address.

Lastly at the begin of a search I would like to select the category where the contact should be automatically store. Right now I can only do this after it finds the contact and I change a from default association to my select. of course I could change the default, but then I have to do this probably on every second search. Still dislike the new user interface a lot: I dislike that in this new version, only a few contacts at a time show on your screen. I would like to be able to see many contacts simultaneously in a list. Not a lot of contacts fit on the screen all at once. It makes it harder to focus and I'm a big picture kind of person. I would strongly recommend not using A leads, as they seem very dodgy. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the Trustpilot reviews beforehand and ended up learning the hard way. The leads weren’t useful to me, but the worst part was the awful customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and the people I spoke to were the least helpful. First, they unethically refused to reverse a payment that was deducted because my account wasn’t cancelled on their end. I did everything correctly and contacted them as soon as possible, with proof. I use Cognism almost everyday abd it stands out for its easy implementation, ease of integration in your Daily work, intuitive interface and impressive speed, making it easy to navigate and highly efficient. I love the included access to valuable insights such as annual revenue and industry sector, which are essential for strategic prospecting. These capabilities make Cognism a very good tool for any sales development team. The main drawback is the accuracy of employee data. It’s not uncommon to find prospects listed who have left their companies. This can lead to wasted time and effort when reaching out, so as other have already mentiones before improving the frequency of updates would significantly enhance the platform’s reliability- or act on flagged numbers. Additionally, some email addresses appear to be generated intuitively based on patterns rather than verified, which can result in bounced emails. What do you like best about ListKit?

My ListKit campaigns have been extremely reliable. Deliverability has remained consistent, inbox placement and rotation hold up across campaigns, and we haven’t dealt with missing messages or unstable metrics... which has been a big improvement compared to similar tools we have tested.

The interface is intuitive, workflows are logical, and core features are easy to access without digging through menus. Integrations are straightforward to set up and work seamlessly with existing systems, which made implementation quick and frictionless.

At the same time, the platform is feature rich, without feeling bloated. It offers everything needed to run and scale successful cold email campaigns. From list building and deliverability tools to warming infrastructure and campaign management. ListKit does this without overwhelming the user, or requiring constant configuration.

The list building platform is clean and easy to use, with accurate and regularly updated contact data. The "Done-For-You" setup made onboarding simple, and the email warming/sending infrastructure scales well as campaigns grow. This allowed us to run multiple campaigns without constant monitoring or troubleshooting.

From a results standpoint, we have consistently seen 100+ new client engagements per campaign and roughly a 15–25% increase in business. This has all been achieved without callbacks or heavy manual intervention on our part.

Their Customer Support Team is another major plus. They stay engaged, remember relevant context about our account and campaigns, and provide proactive assistance when we need it. This makes the entire experience a real operational difference when compared to similar products on the market. In my opinion, ListKit is truly one of the best products of it's kind available. Clearout is my go-to tool to verify and maintain email lists. I really like its accuracy and the ability to process large email lists. Plus, the interface is quite easy to use unless other email tools I've used before. Other features like LinkedIn chrome extension are also available for quicker lead verification.
