I wish there were more ways for me to earn credits. It would be nice to earn them by referring a friend who signs up. Also, I wish I could integrate Wiza with Freshworks for my CRM and LinkedIn, but it doesn't integrate with those. The notification to slack specifically is not customisable, which is a key for extending the insights within Crossbeam to a wider group of audience in my organisation, including sales and SDR. For example, if we can include a link to the salesforce opportunities directly that will help, now it only show the links to Crossbeam account which is not always helpful. Some of the feature like partner scores seem interesting but it is not available for my network, then it does not really help. Some feature or the platform itself still strongly dependent on usage in my network.

Also, the ROI is defintely stronger at the onboarding stage, but less beneficial in terms of BAU workflow. I find it harder to show and prove the value after the first few months. Also there are limited features in helping to track actions per deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On a day-to-day basis, the warmup network is what I lean on most. I run cold outbound at volume, so I’m constantly cycling in new domains, and the warmup paired with the unified inbox makes it genuinely manageable to operate dozens of mailboxes from one place. Campaign setup is quick, the sequence builder feels clean and straightforward, and the analytics show me what I need without burying the important stuff. What do you dislike about Instantly?

A few API endpoints behave differently than the docs imply, so the first time I wrote a script around them I got tripped up. Once you learn the quirks it’s manageable, but a more complete, detailed API reference would really help. I’d also love the option to activate newly created campaigns via the API, instead of having to switch them on manually in the dashboard.

What do you like best about Nooks?

I like the parallel dial feature in Nooks, which allows me to use multiple different numbers in parallel. The auto-rotate feature is great, and I can add my personal cell phone number, which is really useful. I also appreciate the filter that helps specify the numbers most likely to reach out to, with the pickup likelihood feature. What do you dislike about Nooks?

One thing that I do not like much about Nooks is the fact that the dashboards that I get, the dashboard that I get when I pick up a call, it's not really something that I can adjust as per my convenience. Also, if I am in the dialer, it becomes difficult to use the rest of the application. I find RocketReach rather fast and easy to use. It offers better data quality compared to other tools we've tried, which makes it somewhat cost-effective for us. The larger database is another plus. I appreciate its reliability, high accuracy, and wide coverage of contact data. The simple export and list-building features are convenient, and I like that it doesn't overwhelm with unnecessary features or bloat. The contact accuracy stands out as particularly high, with lower friction concerning credits. It's more accurate and better suited for our smaller, more targeted outreach. What do you dislike about RocketReach?

It could use more depth on organization structure, it's a bit weak for building large, segmented lists compared to other tools, and I wish it had built-in outreach tools. It would be helpful to see how "fresh" a contact is, as I don't really put much weight into their current A+/A- ratings. It's so straightforward and simple, which is the most important thing I like about it. I also appreciate that I can easily reach out to prospects by their numbers and contact details, like emails, if they're available. Before using this, I had to manually find people's numbers and search directories, which didn't always guarantee success.
