We love that Waitwhile is so wildly customizable for the vast majority of client-based businesses. It's a great way for us to communicate our process to our customers and reduce heavy wait times dramatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Since we use Waitwhile so robustly and in a fairly unique way from other businesses, we often run into limitations with what the software can do because it caters more toward a few specific industries (restaurants, hair salons, etc.). What do you like best about Waitwhile?

What is most helpful about Waitwhile is that customers can skip the line by signing up on their phones. Having the customer sign up on Waitwhile allows it so that we can form a line and customers won't fit about who got here first. And having the customer select a reason while signing into Waitwhile lets me know what type of return I am going to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

One thing I dislike about Waitwhile is that once a customer is assigned to a counter, you can assign them to another one. If I was able to assign a customer to a different counter, then I would be able to send them to the person who would be best able to help them with their needs. Another small thing I dislike is that sometimes it takes a while for the alert to reach the customer's phone, I don't know if this is because of IKEA's wifi or because of Waitwhile, but it can be a little inconvenient at times. Waitwhile offers so many extras with their software package and while that is great our customes like things simple when logging in. The simpler the better so keeping it that way becomes difficult at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I like the fact that it is so easy to understand and to use that we were able to start using it in less than 30 minutes. Incredibly easy to read analytics so we were able to finally understand our daily footsteps of Drivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we've just started using it i can't still find something i don't like yet, they've also just did an update of they're website and it is right now even better than before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
