This is an interesting question - the most common reason for failure of CRM deployments in large enterprises is disconnect between marketing & sales. Having led one myself, I am very well aware of risks, assumptions, requirements and challenges that will come across.

I say this, because each function has different requirements but speaking strictly for marketing, HubSpot is better by far and away! There will be many arguments that for a large MNC it's not scalable and efficient enough - and I can guarantee that's not true.

HubSpot has a few things that it has built the platform on which make it the best CRM for any growing business -

Data - With their acquisition of Clearbit - they have added data enrichment which can help track buying signals and other important info on prospects for running ABM GTM motions and more.

Integration with ChatGPT - Not 100% sure on how it works from data privacy/confidentiality perspective, but this is a major plus and you can run reports and analyses within the dashboard itself - it just makes life way easier and efficient.

UX - In terms of usage ease and experience, this is a tool that may take some getting used to at the beginning but, once you're clear, it's very intuitive and it's clear that everything has been designed with the customer and end users in mind - busy marketers who want to get things done as effectively as possible.

Community and Learning - If this is something that is important for you, the resources that you get for learning are tremendous - excellent customer support and all around latest thinking on where marketing is headed.

AI - Between their focus on AI and agentic AI with Breeze etc., this is definitely the future of AI integration in marketing.

Overall, hands down the best CRM for marketing out there by a mile!
