"Waitwhile Makes Queues a Breeze"
What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile makes it easier for the operator of the system and to support the customer. It lets them know how fast service is and they will be served.

It is a program that we use on a daily basis in the store and was incredibly easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

The only downside that I encounter is that new features are not always accessible to everyone, and setting up the system administrator can be a bit of a hastle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile has improved our productivity and customer satisfaction. Easy to use. Fairly intuitive to figure out. Our questions are answered quickly by customer support. We use it daily in our office to control work flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Our 7-12 grade school district has one Central Enrollment Center. During our peak enrollment period, July and August, we have had lines with a wait time of up to eight hours. We would even have to cut the line off and advise people to come the next day. Utilizing Waitwhile, our families can schedule an appointment or join our electronic waitlist on a walk-in basis. They know their approximate wait time immediately, allowing them to take care of other errands or business if needed. As the manager, I utilize the analytics to discuss with my team areas that may need improvement or to provide data to my superiors on the needs of my department based on that data. Waitwhile has so many features you can customize the platform to the needs or the services you provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

You must use the system to determine how to customize your particular needs or services. For example, during our peak enrollment period, we had to utilize Geo-Fencing as families were joining the waitlist from home while families in the office were upset that it appeared they were here early but were given an extended wait time. I only have two front office personnel, and it wasn't easy to maintain the appointments and waitlist during peak times. We now modified our appointment hours to close during our peak enrollment period. As mentioned above, you must use the system to know what works or doesn't work for your particular office. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile is our go-to scheduling platform; it is a very user-friendly platform. I love how easily I can create multiple locations; this works great for the pop-up events we host.
