What do you like best about Waitwhile?

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Our method differs from many of their clients, and WaitWhile worked with us to find an efficient way to manage our queues, which are built on a priority points system. We are able to generate the points-based appointments using our process, and then upload them into the system for each of our shows' rebooking processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

We did have occasional update and screen lag, but nothing that's a show stopper, and we've attributed that to bandwidth issues at the venues. Once our teams conquered the slight learning curve, it's gone very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

while using waitwhile customers can now sit in peace while waiting for there turn to come up. People no longer have to worry about waiting/looking for their number anxiously. Instead, they can receive a text and/or name called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Waitwhile makes it so much easier to control the flow of patients coming into our small lab at any given time. A lot of them can wait in their vehicles or grab a coffee until they are notified to come in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of our patients don't seem to understand that this is a semi-automated system. They don't understand why they can't call this number or why it might not work if they don't follow the proper format of "JOIN, first name, last name." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
