The simplicity of the interface.

The platform is powerful and does almost any feature you can think of but at the same time it is easy to navigate and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

The app needs to add app badges to notify when new customers check in. Botht the mobil app and desktop app. And better sound notifications and notifications all together. they never work properly and you have to watch the app while in use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazing customer service! Anytime we are having trouble altering the Waitwhile settings, the team is always there to assist. And ease of use. Even our newest students have no trouble signing up for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I liked that it was easy to use and easy to add my team. It was self explanatory, easy to navigate on the backend/admin side of the app, and it served its purpose. I believe having the app saved us from what could have been a chaotic situation. People were happy to wait their turn knowing that we had a system in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

We had three queues for different purposes at one location. When people were added to their queues, they all appeared in one list on the Admin side. I wished there were three lists instead of one. It was hard to sift through the long list to determine who was next in each queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
