What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I think Waitwhile is a great tool for managing customer queues and appointments. One of the things I really like about it is how easy it is to set up and customize - even if you're not very tech-savvy, you can still get up and running with Waitwhile in no time.

Another thing I appreciate about Waitwhile is its intuitive interface. It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes it a pleasure to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

As for dislikes, one thing that comes to mind is that Waitwhile can sometimes feel a bit slow when loading. Additionally, while the basic features are all very easy to use, some of the more advanced settings can be a bit tricky to figure out at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I know this isn't exactly the primary use case for Waitwhile, but we host an annual karaoke room party at a convention. Waitwhile gives us the ability for singers to sign themselves up for the wait list, and then go enjoy the rest of the convention--then, when they're third from the top of the list, they get a text message letting them know it's time to come sing. We've gotten rave reviews for our party AND for Waitwhile--the app is indispensable for us! It lets us focus on our guests and makes managing the waitlist beyond simple! What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

The setup menus could be a little more intuitive, but that is an extremely minor quibble compared to the benefits the program provides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

It would be fantastic to group the locations in the main menu list, organizing them geographically by country or region to enhance accessibility. Although Waitwhile does support a wide range of languages, there are still several crucial ones not yet integrated into the tool, such as Bulgarian, Croatian, Georgian, Romanian, Slovenian, Ukrainian, and more, which are essential for our stakeholders. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I love that you can check how many times they have vist. Also that after typing the name their number just pops up. The text feature was helpfull when we were open after hours and our phones where offline. Also I like that you can download it on any moblie device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

For the bookings I wish there was month view with the whole month not just the Daily or Week view under the Calendar tab. Also I would like if we could assign colors to the staff. Also I would like if there was auto correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
