**What do you like best about Everest?**

I’ve been using Everest and what I really like is how it helps me keep everything organized without needing to be a tech expert it feels flexible like I can shape it to fit my workflow and the support team is super responsive which makes me feel confident using it I also enjoy how the visuals are clean and easy to understand

I have to say the price is a bit steep and sometimes I wish they’d release updates that actually change things in a meaningful way

**What do you like best about Everest?**

What I like most about Everest by Validity is that it helps your emails get delivered and stay out of the spam folder. This is really important for anyone sending email campaigns. The platform has tools that make sure your emails actually reach people's inboxes instead of getting lost as spam, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

their is no as such dislike, but I find it a bit complicated to set up and transition from another platform because it has so many features.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems in email marketing is making sure that your emails actually land in the inboxes of the people you’re trying to reach. Everest helps with this by giving users tools to check and improve their email-sending practices. This means there's a lower chance of emails getting stuck in spam folders

**What do you like best about Everest?**

Everest has sophisticated capabilities and yet it is very easy to use. It has a high rate of email deliverability and provides incredible metrics and insights that make it easy to understand the performance of email campaigns. Everest has a feature to validate emails and the user dashboard can be personalized to suit individual user needs.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

I have had no problems with Everest. It is easy to use and works great without me having to know or understand the underlying complex processes. The email deliverability is incredible. I would not dislike that.

Everest ensures our emails are delivered, that the emails in our mailing lists are valid, actively being used and ensures that our email campaigns are driven towards achieving our campaign goals. It makes it easy to collaborate on campaigns as a team gathering metrics and insights that help us to tweak campigns for better results.

I've got no qualms with it yet. It works as it was marketed and performs brilliantly. What's more, its quite easy to navigate and where there might be issues, support team is always there to assist!

Obviously ive been using it to efficiently send emails, effectively gather analytics via its metrics and Platform data. It has streamlined business processes, collaboration and workflows, ensuring seamless communication and coordination as well.

Everest is super user-friendly. It's easy for anyone to log in and get a really good idea of what's going on with our deliverability in just a few clicks. We love that it's so easy to customize the dashboards to see just what we care about most and then easy to get details when necessary. We've also gotten a lot of use out of the validator tool which has been great.

For us, it's a great fit and there are no downsides. It gives us everything we need to know at a glance. We have learned so much about email deliverability now that we're able to monitor everything in Everest, it's been incredibly useful so far.

We started using Everest just to figure out if our emails were getting into inboxes. We didn't know how much we didn't know until we saw all the data that was available to us. We started to pay attention and make necessary changes based off of what we were seeing through Inbox Placement and Reputation and now we're in a much better spot!

I have used Everest for quite long and I find nothing negative on it and I use it on a daily basis.

I like how easy it is to use Everest, even as the nuances of email deliverability and technical email get more and more complicated as the years go on. The insights are super easy to read and highly actionable.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

I'd love more insight into competitors or general benchmarking so that I can better understand how my email program is performing against other companies. Even knowing if I'm in the upper or lower 50 percentile of certain stats would be helpful.

The biggest problem it solves is understanding how changes to my email program are affecting things like deliverability and inboxing rates. Without Everest, I genuinely would be flying blind on these topics.

**What do you like best about Everest?**

Easy integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Autoseeding feature saves a lot of time with seedlist management for inbox placement tests vs other tools we've used in the past
Access to a Customer Success Manager for support and advice is a huge benefit
Dashboards are detailed yet intuitive to navigate, including the ability to view GPT and MS SNDS reports from within the platform
The list validation feature and the API is very useful

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

So far not much to dislike. The annual renewal process can take a bit long.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having insights into our IP reputation and inbox placement rates across multiple ISPs highlights any problems related to our email campaigns. Hence, we can address any issues before it becomes a bigger problem. Tracking pixel and Engagement modules were helpful in gaining greater insight into our lists with the advent of Apple Privacy Protection

**What do you like best about Everest?**

I am able to track how my email performance is doing overall for my company when looking at the dashboard in the Everest platform. The graphs are easy to read and I can grab the info I need in a quick snapshot. If I want to go more granular Everest provides all the functionality to dive deeper into the platform and filter by device, email send etc so I can see what to correct or which email could be causing issues. I love the integration with Salesforce making it easy to automatically send emails and provides a lot of customization on which emails get seeded.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

Everest platform has been great to use so far, with the Salesforce integration the dynamic content in email subject lines don't carry through properly so having another unique identifier would be great

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everest helps us keep our sender score high and make sure our emails are getting to our customers. Since we send promotional emails and our database is quite big it's important to use these metrics and make sure emails are getting to our entire audience from churned folks to new subscribers. Having this monitored in an easy and efficient manner keeps everything running for our email programs.

**What do you like best about Everest?**

We migrated onto the Everest platform over the last year and our partners over at Validity have been valuable in helping us extract as much from the platform as possible. Everest is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It has all the critical components needed in helping us understand the entire email deliverability process from pre-send to post-send. I also love that Microsoft SNDS, GPT and other important metrics are all within the platform and can be created into custom dashboards/widgets. Everest is your one stop shop and it's never been easier.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

I wish Everest had more integrations around seeding and email validation across other systems that we use.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everest helps give us line of sight and confidence into email delivery across all of our email systems of record. We launch emails out of Sparkpost, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot. It's important as a business that we ensure delivery of emails across all ESP's and Everest gives us the foundational support for all of that.

**What do you like best about Everest?**

We are able to track delivery data that is not available in our ESP. Simply put, we gain more insight as to why emails are/are not reaching the inbox. The ability to pinpoint deliverability issues and improve on them is invaluable. Additionally,  having more clarity on user engagement has been a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

I realize you can customize your dashboard to be whatever you want. Even so, I find navigating to the data you are looking for can be difficult and confusing.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It clarifies some questionable issues and allows my team to move forward with a solid plan. The best part is there is no guesswork as to why there are deliverability issues. The data is apparent and between that and the data in your ESP, it is usually easy to determine how to improve your emails.

Easy to setup tool to provide extra strength to your emailing campaigns/automation, especially on Microsoft mailing service providers.
You can also use this to follow your inbox delivery, how many emails are placed into the inbox is very different from just delivery which could be into the spam folder.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

I wish it was working with Gmail also and provide more stats about it. For instance the category of email it falls into (ex: promotion)
Performance for Yahoo is also very valuable since they have hardcore filters nowadays.

**Recommendations to others considering Everest:**

Good tool if you need further support from your CRM team, they can use this to improve the reputation of Microsoft for instance.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inbox placement for Microsoft mainly but also Yahoo and Orange, SFR. A few statistics about placement and spam complaints. Thanks to this we can optimize our delivery.
The biggest problem being inbox delivery vs spam folder, with this tool you can improve your reputation and get better scoring.

I would love the pixel but we've had a hard time getting it to work consistently so that has caused the most frustration. the 250ok pixel from before was excellent though!

The Everest tool has been so helpful in monitoring our email program. It has helped highlight behaviors that contribute to low reputation issues and the Validity team we work with has been incredibly helpful in helping us stick to best practices and plan out ways to keep our communications in the inbox

**What do you like best about Everest?**

I like that it has multiple tools to analyze the full scope of an email campaign. The pre-send, inflight, and post-send views are extremely helpful. I personally really love the dashboards and reports for deliverability since this is the primary purpose we use this tool. Our team also uses the Inbox Previews religiously and find that tool extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

There isn't much that I don't dislike. I am pleased with the layout and design, which is a huge upgrade from the ReturnPath environment. The one area that could be clearer is the integrations. We've noticed that in the previews and resources it mentions an Adobe Campaign integration, however, we can find little to no information.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used Everest to solve the primary problem with past occasions of poor inbox placement. The tool gives us visualization and insights into an area that we would otherwise be blind.

**What do you like best about Everest?**

The advanced metrics provided by Everest, that you cannot obtain through an ESP are beneficial to our measurement and optimization of the email channel. One example was utilizing the tool to gain a better understanding of the percentage of subscribers that had Apple's MPP enabled. 

Inbox placement, email design tests, list validation, and engagement are all wrapped in a nice package that will optimize any email marketing program.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

The list validation can be slow/buggy at times. The UI could use some improvement, but that's me being super picky.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining a better understanding of our audience using the engagement metrics, which cover platform distribution, time read and many more metrics. The list validation tool helps us avoid bad email addresses and maintain high deliverability, while the testing tool ensures that our emails are rendering accurately for our audience across platforms.

I did not find any negative thing right now, when I will find it, I will share it.

It is a good platform to analyze your mails transitions and it will help to improve the blaklistings of your IP addresses. I mainly use it to check the blacklisting and now it has become more user friendly and easy to use, which also helps to save my time and effort to find the required data on it. So go for it.

I always need different data frequently, now I can easily find it because it has many filters to get the required data.

Everest helps the email marketer track deliverability details that aren't always available within the ESP.

The user interface can be somewhat confusing; I have trouble remembering where some of the widgets are located and have to click around to find them most of the time.

Everest is helping to solve deliverability monitoring. This helps us by getting more marketing emails into our customer's inbox.

Knowing our user-reported spam rate has been proven to be very helpful. Everest is my go-to, it allows me to manage many different aspects of email marketing all on an easy-to-use platform.

I wish limits could increase without a price increase.  Sometimes duplicate records take up credits, I wish there was a feature to filter out duplicates to save credits.

Ask for a demo. You won't be disappointed.

The way it keeps you updated on your IP's certification as well as its causes. It's also great to see how your mail will look like in most of inboxes.

The competitive intel leaves room for improvement since it only shows a very limited amount of data from your competition. It's also visualized in a difficult to understand way

We can see how healthy our sending strategy is while also letting us visualize our campaigns even before sending them. It also offers quality data about engagement.

It would be great to have greater, realtime insight into gmail deliverability. MSN and associated properties aren't as strong as they were before the hotmail reporting issues that impacted seed and panel data prior to the hotmail change in 2019.

It's an all-in-one deliverability and inbox placement optimisation solution. 
The platform is quite intuitive and takes the best out of Return Path and 250ok platforms.
Everest gives us a 360 overview of our delivery and inbox placement on the main ESPs. Complementaray to our ESPs statistics, it allows us to rapidly understand which are our weaknesses that can put our deliverability at risk. We can then proactively and rapidly mitigate them. 
The pre-send tools allow to minimize risks both on our existing users lists as well as to optimize our emails template viewability and coding.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

The translation in French is not ideal and was not fully operation. I haven't tested other languages but based on my bad experience in French, I would recommend to use only the English version for the time being.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although we are using compelling optin forms with automated syntax validation scripts allowing to remove typos and malformed email addresses, we mitigate risks on our email marketing platform by preventively cleaning our email list at the time we acquire new email addresses using Validity list validation tools.
We keep a very high email viewability and inbox placement rate thanks to Everest design and pre-flight checks on new email templates on one hand and by daily monitoring our inbox placement thanks to Everest email alerts and dashboards.

We are not using Inbox placement (our ESP has its own tool for that) or List validation (I don't see the significant advantage of it). But that just means we don't use it, not dislike it.

We have discovered many things we can optimize on our domains and IPs since we're on Everrest (for example, DMARC compliance). Our goal is to always be on top of mailing policy standards. Also, in general, we know that being ReturnPath certified helps our inbox placement. Once we moved our Spanish email stream to the certification, we saw an uplift in open rates by 50%.

It's hard to point the finger at anything the platform does - however it is essential to understand the limitations. Recent updates to iOS have rendered tracking less able to report on user activities than it would have been in the past. While Everest does help us understand this impact, it is not a solution for these tracking problems.

Office Hours with dedicated professionals is by far the top value I've gotten from Everest, and Returnpath.  Please continue to offer that as a service, it's so good. Regarding user experience on the platform, I am only referencing ReturnPath as a point of comparison.  The thing I like best is the user interface is quite a bit faster, regarding load-speed than ReturnPath, and ability to visualize data, export, and modify dashboards is simpler and more intuitive.  Making the high-level grouping of functionality according to pre-send, in-flight, post-send engagement is helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Everest?**

The font is quite small, icons at the bottom of each dashboard element is small and kind of hard to grasp at first.  Some data which was in ReturnPath in one place is somehow hidden behind multiple clicks in Everest, which is not really a problem, more of a user education issue.

**What problems is Everest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring our email marketing system.  The benefits have been ability to drill down to solve deliverability issues and inbox placement with our underlying systems. Also, with the advent of Apple Privacy Protection, we've been able to monitor the uptake of that with our recipients and adjust accordingly.

The dashboard is a bit clunky, unintuitive, and not user-friendly. It is difficult for Directors to give login info to Analysts without having to go through a significant training process, typically most monitoring software such as this are self-explanatory and require minimum training to experienced analysts.

Legal but shady, we renewed and then immediately gave notice for next year.  They used to be good not so now.

I like that you can easily get a broad view of the health of your email program without having to spend a lot of time. Everything is easily accessible and easy to navigate and understand, even without a ton of email knowledge/background. I also like how accessible the customer service reps are. Whenever I have a question, they are just a quick email away!

Sometimes I feel like I have to be the proactive one asking questions about my email program, rather than my customer service rep taking the lead. I also wish that the data was a bit more robust sometimes.
