Customer support is truly top-notch. They add you to a Slack channel, which makes it easy to communicate without having to go back and forth over email. Deliverability has also been consistently great.

**What do you dislike about Inboxkit?**

Nothing really comes to mind. They’re constantly updating features and they take feedback in a positive way, which I appreciate. Overall, it’s been pretty good.

**What problems is Inboxkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used Hypertide for Microsoft accounts, and as we know, Microsoft accounts tend to have deliverability issues overall and can burn through pretty quickly. Since switching to InboxKit, though, it’s been really great. We can now send to Microsoft prospects easily because these accounts aren’t burning through.<br><br>On top of that, it integrates very smoothly with SmartLead, which is the sequencer we use to send emails at scale. Within minutes, you can export all your accounts into SmartLead instead of adding emails and passwords manually. This has made me and my team much more efficient, since we can control everything from their dashboard as well.

I really appreciate the convenience Inboxkit provides. It makes it very easy and seamless to set up cold email inboxes without taking much of my time. I also like their customer support, which is really helpful when any problems come up.

I didn't like the use of wallet billing on top of mailbox slots. 

I feel like they should charge for mailbox slots instead of using both that and the wallet credit system. Sometimes it leads to double billing but support sorts it out.

However they've changed their billing model to be flat pricing via wallet now so it's much more straightforward

The setup was pretty easy and, although the integration process took a bit longer due to our scale, it was manageable.

Honestly, the 14-day warmup is what would frustrate me most. You’re paying from day one, but you can’t actually send at full volume for two weeks. I really value that Inboxkit allows me to set up Google Workspace, Microsoft, and Azure email inboxes from one centralized panel, handling multiple domains easily. It saves a lot of time and effort, getting things done in just a few hours, which significantly reduces the manual workload and costs. I like that I can buy domains and set up the inbox in just one platform, and they integrate them into my sequencers quickly. Also, the initial setup is so easy that even someone new to cold email can do it. Though I haven’t used them yet, the warmup and inbox placement features look cool.

What I like most is how affordable it is for the scale we’re running. We currently use around 500 inboxes, and InboxKit lets us manage all of that at a relatively low cost. Setup is simple too, so overall it saves us a lot of time and money.

We had some login issues in the past that were pretty frustrating, but that seems to be resolved now and we haven’t really had issues with it since.

I really like Inboxkit's UI because it's easy to navigate, modern, and minimalist. It's made managing my inbox accounts simple and fast, especially compared to having to set up things with Google Workspace or Outlook, which took hours. Inboxkit also makes inbox and DNS setup quicker and easier. It provides great flexibility by allowing me to buy single domains, bring my own domains, and create specific accounts, which other providers don't offer without bulk purchasing. This flexibility is really helpful for my needs, and I'm finding it better than the competitor I used before. The initial setup was also very easy, I'd give it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about Inboxkit?**

We run cold email at real scale (hundreds of mailboxes across multiple domains) and Inboxkit has been the backbone of our sending infrastructure for about 2 months now. The biggest win is how easy it makes domain and mailbox setup — spinning up new domains with SPF/DKIM/DMARC already configured correctly used to eat hours, now it's mostly automated. Warmup has kept our reputation scores high across the board, which directly protects deliverability for our clients' campaigns. Being able to see all our domains and mailbox health in one dashboard instead of juggling multiple registrars/providers has saved us a ton of operational overhead as we've scaled sending volume.

**What do you dislike about Inboxkit?**

The main thing that trips us up is inconsistency in warmup status across domains — we found one of our domains showing warmup not enabled on some mailboxes while others were sitting at 100% reputation, and it wasn't obvious until we went looking domain by domain. It would help to have a clearer alert or dashboard flag when a mailbox's warmup silently isn't running, since that's exactly the kind of thing that tanks deliverability if you don't catch it early. The product concept is useful when it works: centralized mailbox infrastructure, mailbox scaling, and managing cold email mailboxes without manually handling every workspace/admin task. The appeal for us was being able to scale infrastructure faster and avoid doing every domain and mailbox step by hand.

The biggest issue was reliability and accountability. We paid a $500 wallet top-up on April 23, 2026 for 200 additional mailboxes at $2.50 per mailbox. After waiting through the warm-up period, InboxKit's own app showed "200 Mailboxes Failed Renewal" across 60 domains with a "Recovery cost: $500.00 credits."

When we raised it, their team later acknowledged in writing that it was a failure on their end in both the renewal flow and support handling. Another email explained that some mailboxes were on a credit system, credits ran low, renewal did not go through, and no one flagged it in time.

Instead of resolving the refund request for the $500, they offered restoration, preferred pricing, a free month, and Slack/WhatsApp access. We had already lost trust in the platform because this broke our mailbox infrastructure, wasted about a month of warm-up time, and forced us to move to another vendor. After our formal refund request and chargeback notice, the thread was not resolved.
