**What do you like best about Pearson TalentLens?**

The tests feel legit—especially the critical thinking one for hiring managers. It’s science-backed, actually useful, and helps make smarter hiring calls. The platform’s pretty easy to use, and support actually helps when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Pearson TalentLens?**

Wish it had more language options for global teams. The platform works fine but looks kinda outdated—could use a refresh to feel more modern.

**What problems is Pearson TalentLens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, it fixes the headache of using flaky or outdated tests when you're trying to hire or coach people. A lot of assessments out there feel like guesswork – not TalentLens. It gives you legit, science-backed tools (especially that critical thinking test for managers) that actually measure what matters.

**What do you like best about Pearson TalentLens?**

Pearson TalentLens offers many reliable and diverse solutions. They work with numerous test authors, which allows for this wealth of solutions. Personally, I systematically use the critical thinking test (Watson-Glaser III) for recruiting managers. It is the only test on the market that allows for the evaluation of this psychological dimension, which is also an essential skill for any manager who must make decisions and therefore must demonstrate discernment, a broad perspective, and the ability to sort through information to ensure the reliability of their choices. I am very satisfied with the insights it provides in support of the interview and a personality questionnaire.

**What do you dislike about Pearson TalentLens?**

The only point I might miss would be having more languages available to take the tests internationally. For me, working in a multicultural context, I sometimes find myself in situations where the available test languages are limited.

**What problems is Pearson TalentLens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure recruitment decisions in addition to a feedback and exploration interview.

**What do you like best about Pearson TalentLens?**

More than ever, it is necessary to use tools that are not only scientifically valid and reliable but also tools whose technology, with well-constructed, powerful algorithms, accounts for numerous factors. Pearson TalentLens combines both concepts. Easy to use for the client and also to integrate into the consultant's daily operations. A rich platform that also continuously updates norms for powerful validity, taking into account societal factors and new sampling. It is indeed essential to have a tool that accounts for these factors in order not to use "old" outdated tests.

**What do you dislike about Pearson TalentLens?**

I find no disadvantage, even for customer support which is quick and efficient.

**What problems is Pearson TalentLens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In support and guidance, their tools allow for a better understanding of motivation factors, values, and personality. This is important for the individual to contribute to the company, to function and grow within it. The knowledge of their talents in their uniqueness is like gold in the hands of HR, the Manager, and the entire Organization.

In selection, it also helps, according to what is expected for the role, to account for essential elements that complement the interview. This allows for structuring and having a clear idea, but also, through algorithm technology, to see inconsistencies in the candidate's responses.

I appreciate the relevance of the solutions and the related training. These are valuable tools for support or decision-making assistance. They are used in the context of recruitment and orientation assessments. The follow-up by the teams is then very personalized.

**What do you dislike about Pearson TalentLens?**

Honestly, I don't see any major drawbacks; the support from the teams allows for optimization in the choice of solutions and then their use. Occasionally, there are some connection issues with the server, but very rarely.

**What problems is Pearson TalentLens solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pearson TalentLens does not solve problems; it primarily provides decision-making support through its solutions (tests, etc.) to better assist HR professionals during recruitment and HR assessments.
