The team types are exploring, bolstering, cultivating, anchoring, stabilizing, executing, producing, pathfinding and adapting.
The profile types include scholar, collaborator, analyzer, operator, promoter, guardian, persuader, controller, strategist, specialist, venturer, altruist, maverick, craftsman, individualist, adapter and captain but there may be more I&#39;ve missed.

All people who take the PI assessment get grouped into 17 Personality Types (Reference Profiles). Our consultant described people of the same Type (Profile) as living in the same neighborhood while their chart represents their address. People of the same Type will show similar tendencies in the way they approach work.
