What do you like best about HighMatch?

What do you dislike about HighMatch?

We have not had any issues with HighMatch so far. We are new to the assessment tool, so we are looking to forward to a deep dive review in the future to see how the tool matches up with real-world results from our newly hired employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HighMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

We selected HighMatch to improve our hiring success for specific roles in our organization, since we were dealing with high turnover and new hires who didn’t work out. HighMatch provides us with helpful information about candidates—how they tend to handle certain situations, whether they can perform in the role, and whether they’re likely to enjoy the position.
