**What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?**

There is very little that I like about this product. Maybe that is seems to be relatively easy for our candidates to use?

**What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?**

A lot. The interface is antiquated and not very visually appealing. Additionally, there is next to no self-service within the system and each time I need to add a user or change something on the back end I have to ask for them to do it for me. The system isn't terribly intuitive. On a more basic level, I'm not sure that there is much value added with this product. Additionally, I do NOT like how their scorecards are visually presented because it gives you a "thumbs up/thumbs down" response that isn't very nuanced. Finally, this platform doesn't even integrate with Infor's own TA product.

**Recommendations to others considering Infor Talent Science:**

Don't use it. It's not user friendly and doesn't integrate with Infor's ERP.
