It's a great way to track candidates and makes the process seamless. I like the ability to move candidates between stages, and that the stages can be customized. I also really like that jobs are posted across multiple platforms.

It's very nice to be able to send a link to candidates where we can then track their status, see their resume, and communicate with them. We can also post that link on our website, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a few wishlist items:

- Ability to format emails and messages and add links

- It's challenging to scroll across the page from left to right if there are multiple stages. The only way I've found is to click on one of the stages and then use the left and right arrows.

- I wish there was a "hybrid" option for work location. Remote leads to employees who are out of the state and out of the country, but listing a specific city does not imply that we offer primarily WFH.

- I also wish there was a way to filter this better so that candidates cannot apply if they live outside the state.

- I used to be able to disqualify a candidate from the dashboard, but now a pop-up comes up and gets in the way, and the disqualify option is no longer an option.

- I wish that "fit" included meeting all qualifications including location and if the candidates lives in the city/state we are searching for.

- It would be nice to have the ability to upload documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
