**What do you like best about Surfe?**

My favorite thing about Surfe is the HubSpot integration with LinkedIn. It just works well and has all the features you would want - adding your custom properties, adding prospects to sequences, syncing LinkedIn DMs (AWESOME feature), easily add LI contacts to HubSpot, and a shortcut to the contact's profile in HubSpot. It's also easy to use (didn't need a tutorial), fast, and I've had no performance issues. I use it every day now.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

It's pricey. But that's because I haven't found a competitor with anywhere close to the feature set.

I like the templates in messages because I can write messages and send them automatically. It's nice, and it's working well. The setup was very easy because Surfe is very logical.

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe is incredibly easy to use and joins our CRM and LinkedIn together so seamlessly it makes everything feel like one platform. The emails and mobile numbers are really accurate and have already helped us close several deals. Plus the price is extremely reasonable compared to other options out there!

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

Can be a little tricky to get set up, but once it's working everything is great.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Surfe helps us obtain critical contact information for prospects that we wouldn't have been able to get otherwise without paying a much higher fee. It allows us to get the information we need while also being seamlessly connected to LinkedIn, which means that our team uses it naturally in their normal prospecting workflow. Previously we were using a lead platform that didn't integrate as well with our workflow, and the result was we ended up paying for functionality the team wasn't using. With Surfe that problem disappears - everyone uses it constantly because it's right there where we need it. It also makes it much faster to reach out to LinkedIn prospects through their message templates, and measure which messages are working best.

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

Surfe is one of the better enrichment tools I"ve used, especially when it comes to integrating with LinkedIn. It presents on the main page not as a pop up, and I really like that. It finds emails especially well as it uses many well-known email sourcing tools in the background at no extra cost. It can also find phone numbers (mobiles) very well if you have enough credits.

The interface is good with a decent CRM style interface where you can setup lead search's, triggers, target customers etc

Highly recommended

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

It doesn't integrate with Dynamics CRM so I could not use it at a previous company that had D365. Instead, I connected it to Google Sheets and imported the lists it made. I believe this is more of a restriction on the Dynamics side.

The Phone credits for most plans are quite low, and I tend to run out before the end of the month, could be better priced, that said most Data tools charge more for Phone credits vs emails

Find peoples details and also syncing well between LI and Salesforce CRM - and highlights people in a People search that it has already enriched and placed into your CRM

Surfe makes it incredibly easy to capture LinkedIn contacts and sync them directly with HubSpot. The integration is smooth, saves a lot of manual data entry, and ensures our CRM data stays accurate and up to date. Setup was quick, and the tool has become an essential part of our daily workflow.

So far, there is very little to dislike. Occasionally, the browser extension requires a refresh to capture updates, but this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall value it provides.

Surfe helps us eliminate manual data entry by capturing LinkedIn contacts and syncing them directly into HubSpot. **What do you like best about Surfe?**

There are a couple of aspects I really like:
- Swift integration to Pipedrive with the right level of granularity (contacts, deals, leads, companies...)
- Contacts finder works exceptionally well as it uses multiple sources, hasn't failed me much so far!

I used it every day through the Chrome extension, adds a slight load time to linkedin profiles and pages. Setup took only a few minutes and learning curve was fast.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

It's desktop only and I can't find a way to use it on mobile, so I sometimes lose track of things because of that. Maybe a mobile app, or some kind of integration. Pipedrive isn't too good either on mobile so in my case not a great combo.
Everything else works fine on desktop.

Getting more detailed contacts information from people I have some light connection or limited degrees of distance.

I like the ease of implementation. The core value is the data enrichment from multiple sources for prospects. The next best value that helps me save a lot of time is syncing with my CRM. For teams, it makes CRM use stick more also. It's a tool I use daily.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

There is not much I dislike. I think it's normal that phone numbers may be wrong from time to time. Maybe adding a layer of crowdsourced verification ?

Surfe is helping me reach out to my prospects through phone and email. It's also helping me maintain a CRM with cleaner, better synced data.

My issue is I am the only one using the service and when I sync a new lead to Salesforce, it make the owner of the lead one of my colleagues (which none are on the service).  I might have figured out the issue, but now I need to figure out how to fix it.

Sometimes, LinkedIn layout changes can temporarily disrupt the extension’s functionality. I’d also love more customization options for mapping CRM fields or adjusting data enrichment rules.

- No more Copy & Paste
- I can already see on LinkedIn if the contact already exists in Pipedrive, so I no longer have duplicates
- Automatic search for contact details, such as email and phone numbers
- I use it daily
- The tool is so important to me that I preempted my employer's decision and bought it privately because I don't want to do without it anymore

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

- I regularly find additional contact details of the leads in other tools (e.g., Lusha) that are not displayed to me in Surfe.
- No possibility to correct the contact details of the leads or to evaluate their accuracy (thumbs up and thumbs down).

- Reconciliation of leads in the CRM, frequent duplicates in the CRM - Surfe solves this problem when creating contacts

**What do you like best about Surfe?**

I rarely rave about software, but Surfe is genuinely a massive time-saver and a godsend. I've saved an enormous amount of time on lead prospecting by adding detailed profiles of LinkedIn prospects to our company's Pipedrive account. I can also add deals and notes directly within LinkedIn. The ability to find email addresses is another significant advantage, and I cannot recommend Surfe highly enough. It's also great value for money—a total no-brainer if you use LinkedIn and a CRM like Pipedrive. Surfe will be incredibly helpful during trade shows when I have numerous meetings and need to quickly input data. I no longer dread this task, as Surfe makes it all so easy. I use Surfe multiple times a day and it has a very simple and intuitive UI. Customer support was also super quick when I used the web chat, and it was resolved quickly.

Very little, to be honest. Nothing I can really pick out.

Massive time saving when it comes to adding prospects to Pipedrive which often lacks information. Now the data is rich and easy to add directly from a prospect's Linkedin profile.

like it and use daily. Usually if Zoom info dont have the info for a contact I am looking at on Linkedin I use surfe and they usually have a mobile number or email etc.
Also I can quickly check if I have already contacted a person I am scoping on Linkedin rather than search on hubspot to check and if I have I move on quickly etc..
Its a very useful tool. I never log in I use it on lInkedin only to find hauliers or others that are hard to pin point on Zoominfo

Why do I need to search again to find a mobile number? Shouldnt it show up the first time? 

Also sometimes it will duplicate contacts on hubspot which is annoying

After trying all the CRMs, we've come back to HubSpot. One feature of the more 'modern' CRMs that we missed was the ability to gather quality data from LinkedIn. Surfe might be more expensive than some of it's competitors, but it's beautifully designed, the data has been the best. And it's just easy to use and makes HubSpot infinitely more valuable to us. Without Surfe, we may not have made the move back.

It's a bit more expensive than it's competitors but it's a platform we like using so feel like it's worth it.

**What problems is Surfe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have long sales cycles so organizing our leads and understanding them is vital. Surfe is one part of that process, and a vital one. It gives us fantastic data and perhaps more importantly, it keeps the chaos of our data organized and linked better than any other CRM intelligence platform out there.

The majority of my day is made up of investor meetings and then the followup paperwork and messaging for these meetings.

I use Surfe to add people to my CRM from their LinkedIn profile quickly as well as the ability to use templates within LinkedIn messaging.

Before Surfe I had multiple screens with documents containing messages and templates that I had to copy and paste back and forth to LinkedIn.  And then had to go back and update my CRM.

Surfe knocks out the majory of that.

**What do you dislike about Surfe?**

To be honest, I don't think anyone likes adding in another paid subscription to their tech stack... but I haven't found a VA who can do it faster and cheaper.  Now I have my team working on bigger things.

Most people in business development and sales are notorious for not utilizing their CRM's to the fullest because of all the manual processes that don't seem important at the time.... until you begin missing opportunities to the competitors because they missed a follow up.  

We know we need to use a crm to track all the details of the many projects we are working on... but it is the thing that typically falls between the cracks.

Surfe has become a core part of our prospecting workflow. The ability to sync LinkedIn profiles directly into our CRM with just a click saves hours of manual work each week. It auto-detects duplicates, allows custom field mapping, and lets us instantly add notes and tags. The Chrome extension is smooth and works consistently, whether we were using Copper or now with Pipedrive. The team is also responsive and proactive with support, really appreciated during our recent CRM switch.

There’s a slight learning curve when changing CRM platforms, field remapping during our move from Copper to Pipedrive wasn’t plug-and-play. It would be great to have a CRM transition wizard or templated mapping presets. A bit more visibility or sync logs on what data was pushed would also be helpful for debugging.

Initial trial because we were a team of less than 5 I couldn't meet with a product rep. Outside of that there is nothing I don't like about their platform itself.

The low limit of company contact search results. I am on Essentials plan and I get 100 search results/week but if I look at 100 contact names at a company (just browse but get no info on them) to find the 1 person I want that's me used up 100 search results which then makes Surfe useless to me. And no I am not paying more to upgrade. Rocketreach now looks more attractive and I have cancelled Surfe as a result. Pity.
