
I like that Splashtop Remote Support is our primary tool for remote support. It's essential for remote work, allowing us to not be in front of a troubled computer. I also appreciate its comprehensive feature set, which is constantly being improved or added to, like the ability to send remote commands without having to physically connect to an end user's device. This feature is extremely valuable as it allows us not to interrupt users while they work. The price point of Splashtop Remote Support is exceptional, and the setup was extremely straightforward, with the agent deploying as you would with any other MSI. The desktop console app for administrators sometimes crashes or hangs. I've noticed this recently. I hope they improve the reliability of it, as this has only been an issue over the last 6 months or so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
