I love how convenient Splashtop Remote Support is. People can easily let me know if something is going on, and I can remote in to help them. It's valuable because it saves time and lets me assist people quickly. It also empowers them to ask for help instead of trying to figure things out on their own. Setting it up was incredibly easy. I wish that the wake up computer option worked a little bit better. It is sometimes inconvenient. Also, even when a device is logged into the network, it will show up as not logged in, and there is no way for us to refresh it. So, I can see that the device is logged in, but it doesn't show up as connected to the Internet on Splashtop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
