"Splashtop Remote Support is a Game Changer!"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Using Splashtop Remote Support enables me to assist my clients in the fastest and most efficient ways possible. Zoom and Teams allows us to share screens but Splashtop has been easier for my clients to access and use. I can also move files from one computer to another with the click of a few buttons. I can restart the other system and keep access, as well. I can send a quick invite or set up regular access. My clients love how quickly we can resolve issues using Splashtop Remote Support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I honestly can't think of a downside to using Splashtop Remote Support. We've only had positive experiences over the past few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software is easy to use and fits well with our internal processes and requirements. The initial setup was smooth, and I appreciate how straightforward it is to modify, add, or remove users through the admin features. Our team relies on it daily without encountering any problems. Customer support has been excellent, though we have rarely needed to reach out to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup and Daily Use, with Rare Minor Glitches"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splash top remote support is simple to use and setting it up literally takes 2 minutes. I use it every day and it makes my job a lot less stressful. I am sure the customer support is on point, but to be honest I have never had a need to contact them. I really enjoy the number of features it has, one of my favorites being the task manager button at the top. Integrating it into new pcs is 1 click, and the install is super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

The only thing I dislike, and it rarely happens is that I have had where it will log a user out of their account for some reason. Again, it is so rare that I have never had a need to contact support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Setup, Robust Remote Features"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I really appreciate how easy it is to remote in using Splashtop Remote Support; it simplifies my tasks considerably in the IT field. Its feature of displaying a comprehensive list of system specifications and the last login details of clients is extremely helpful and allows for efficient management and upgrade decisions. The setup process was super simple, which made the transition seamless for my team. I value how Splashtop Remote Support has streamlined solving customer issues related to emails and computers, and after using it for such a long period, over five years, I've found it reliable and efficient. "Effortless Remote Support with Cost-Effectiveness"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I love how simple it is to get remotely connected to users outside our organization using Splashtop Remote Support. The unattended remote access feature is incredibly easy to configure, especially for satellite offices that are not connected to our primary office via VPN. I appreciate that the URL is simple to communicate to a remote user, with the executable or dmg file conveniently auto-prompting to download. This provides a very nice client experience. I also find the initial setup to be super easy, with clear and comprehensible licensing, and the client software is very intuitive with a simplistic configuration. Additionally, Splashtop Remote Support has remained at a reasonable cost, even when other vendors increased their fees substantially, making it cost-effective. All these aspects have contributed to a seamless and valuable experience in providing on-demand user support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Splashtop. It is a superior service/product, as far as cost, to other similar services that offer the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Splashtop Makes Remote Work Effortless and Reliable"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop has genuinely made remote work significantly easier for me. It’s simple to set up, connects quickly, and feels very stable even with slower internet connections.

What I really like is how lightweight and straightforward it is compared to other remote tools. It doesn’t slow down the system, and the connection stays consistent; file transfer, multi-monitor support, and sound streaming all work seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

The only thing I’d improve is the occasional reconnection lag when switching networks or waking a computer from sleep. But that’s a small issue compared to how reliable it’s been overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and Effortless Remote Access Solution"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop is very affordable and simple to use. It is easy to setup. It is much simpler to use than all other RMM tools that I have used. And with so many other RMMS using Splashtop remote access using their RMM make more sense by not using an additional product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

One big issue that really needs to be addressed is that sometimes clients have their own Splastop account they use for employee's remote access. Unfortunately, there can only be one account on a remote computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete support toolset with Splashtop"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop Remote Support is beneficial for IT professionals and help desk teams due to its blend of performance, security, and ease of use. Our technicians can connect to devices with or without user presence, which is crucial for after-hours maintenance or emergency troubleshooting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

Splashtop Remote Support has some limitations and downsides. Cost of Subscription Tiers, file transfer is available based on subscription tiers, which can be a limitation for technicians needing to move files during sessions. Also, Splashtop integrates well with external ticketing platforms, but it doesn't offer a native ticketing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Easy Remote Access Tool"
What do you like best about Splashtop?

I like how easy it is to connect to remote computers instantly with smooth performance and minimal lag. The interface is simple, and setup takes just a few minutes. It’s also great that it supports multiple users and devices with good security features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop?

Sometimes the session can drop if the internet connection is unstable, and the mobile app interface could be a bit more user-friendly. Apart from that, it works very reliably for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Splashtop is the best I've found"
What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Support?

I use Splashtop to help manage about 100 client computers. I do monthly or quarterly maintenance on them remotely when the clients are not at work. It simply works. That's the main thing. The other thing I like is that it doesn't have any surprises, like big price jumps or failures. I have a few clients who prefer using their quick support, where they want to be there and provide me with a 9-digit code to access their computer.

In addition, I also use it to set up many of my clients so they can work remotely. It is a simple, secure way for them to do some of their work from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Support?

I do have some hassle with multiple screened clients. I take my notes on one screen, so I only have one screen left for the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
