I love how simple it is to get remotely connected to users outside our organization using Splashtop Remote Support. The unattended remote access feature is incredibly easy to configure, especially for satellite offices that are not connected to our primary office via VPN. I appreciate that the URL is simple to communicate to a remote user, with the executable or dmg file conveniently auto-prompting to download. This provides a very nice client experience. I also find the initial setup to be super easy, with clear and comprehensible licensing, and the client software is very intuitive with a simplistic configuration. Additionally, Splashtop Remote Support has remained at a reasonable cost, even when other vendors increased their fees substantially, making it cost-effective.
