Try to reach out and help as much as possible. Left a phone message for April, our tech, and she reached out, while another tech was trying to help. The first tech we reached out to did not have the whole picture of the Conversation piece of the program. He ended up stopping the auto reminder, and thought he had put it back on. The platform is very easy to use. The site is intuitive and it is not difficult to navigate. The platform actually has several more features that we don't use at the moment.

We have several office locations. SolutionReach treats them as distinct sites, This makes things such as message changes and patients and user login audits difficult, because they have to be done at each site.

Especially it  allows patients to give feedback on their experience with the doctor and the practice, which can help improve the service they receive.
