I love that it is cloud based and records everything in such a neat order. I didn't get to utilize it much but in my experience, i found myself wishing USPS had this. It allows for there to be a chain of custody and puts a responsibility of the carrier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oh where to start? How about when they charged me 2 leases on the same machine and it took 6 MONTHS and commenting on their Facebook page to get a response. They actually have a recording on their phone that says they are busy and disconnects you. Even if you choose to waste minutes of your life waiting on hold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
