Obviously, there are improvements that they could make to provide more features for their users that would enhance the experience, however I would say that is true of all similar software’s. The bottom line is that cute track is simple to utilize and effective. **What do you dislike about QTrak?** I don’t think that there was really anything that I dislike about Q track. Overall, the app is wonderful and the lagging is only by a few seconds. I'm confident something this small will be resolved with future versions. **Recommendations to others considering QTrak:** If you're looking to save time and ease of use, this is it! Take some time to use the app and get used to the functions, you will love. It's also difficult to sometimes have to scan in carrier mode and other times in custom mode. I wish that these modes were merged to simplify. **What problems is QTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better record keeping of when packages are received and delivered, automated email notifications to recipients, and gps tracking of packages each time they are scanned. You’re able to easily scan the barcode to track package where abouts without having to manually enter in the tracking information! **What do you dislike about QTrak?** The camera when trying to capture the QR/ barcode won’t focus at all times, it sometimes takes a few seconds for it to focus and capture. **Recommendations to others considering QTrak:** Look for customer reviews about the app!
