**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

I love being able to scan the packages with a photo as proof we received the package and then easily notify the resident. So many hands in the office go into package delivery this simplifies it and reduces room for error.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

I do not have anything specific I don't like about Notifii Track. It would be nice to have an iPad to utilize this system instead of installing on your personal phone. This isn't a huge issue though!

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves the issue in the office of not knowing if another associate released a package to the resident. I also love that it makes the resident sign so we know it is being given to the correct person.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

The ease of this app is great and it sends out emails or texts to residents which you can customize. I love that you can check in and check out multiple packages at one time. Package Log (bought out by Notifii) could not do that so this is a HUGE upgrade that we love being able to use to make package handling less time-consuming. Also, we can use the actual tracking of the resident's package and not have to create a new one. This helps residents know exactly what has arrived and has decreased confusion. You can also create an events page if you have a TV in your lobby or package area. Keeps residents informed and can connect to any TV. You can even delay when notifications get sent out to make it easy for staff.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

Nothing, the app is great. The only downside is with integration with RealPage and honestly, that's probably more an error on RealPage's end and not Notifii. Uploading residents is very easy.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues with residents' packages have been resolved. Also, they are no longer coming to the office to see if their package has arrived or not. This has made the questions and lost packages decrease tremendously. It is also great that everything is logged into the system and it keeps a record of it so if residents have questions we can go back and show them the data in the system that is time stamped and logged.

It's easy to add contacts. It is also easy to look up packages that may be missing.

you can't just delete a package if you put it in twice by mistake. You have to log it out.

There really isn't anything to dislike!!

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With packages being received for staff and faculty we are able to include the department name, physical location and department box number in the address field. This ensures every package received is delivered to the correct location. With many working remotely now, the recipient is notified when something is delivered for them and that their package will be delivered to their department location.

it is quick and allows pictures to accurate representation of the packages.  Pictures allow me to skip entering certain fields because I can just refer to the picture if needed.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

I wish there was less blank room on the mobile app login screen, I can get almost everything in without having to scroll on my iPhone X, but I have to scroll down to submit.  It would be faster without as much space between the entry areas if I didn't have to scroll

Quick and easy to use, does not require a lot of training once it's setup

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was previously using an excel spreadsheet, so it's solved a multitude of problems, the biggest is digitizing everything, and portability.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

I always loved how simple the system is to use. We used to log all packages by hand. This easily took 3-4 hours each day. Now, it takes us about 30 minutes if we aren't interrupted. They keep adding new features, and they are willing to personally help me if I need help. I'm not passed to three or four people. It's always the same person. Great people and I would encourage everyone to sign-up with them. They're also affordable.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

I wish there was a way to email separate people depending on which mailroom they oversaw, or have multiple people receive  emails (like a cc). That way the responsible director can answer each email without having to forward emails.

**Recommendations to others considering Notifii Track:**

You should have jumped  in earlier than today.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None right now. I had an issue where multiple devices weren't scanning packages. Customer Support created a ticket, updated me with the solution, and thanked me for brining it to their attention. The next software update included a fix for all our issues.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

We use Notifii to track incoming and outgoing packages at our small liberal arts institution and it has worked quite well from my experience. The bar code scanning works with few hitches (provided you scan the correct barcode depending on the shipping provider) and the ability to add photos to the notification emails for package recipients is clear. In this time of COVID we are using photos of the package recipient in lieu of signatures when packages are received to cut down on physical contact. Our clients have appreciated the email notifications of package arrivals upon scan-in and confirmation that a package was signed out, especially when administrative assistants pick up packages for an entire department.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

There aren't many! There may be a few minor quibbles such as too many options or confusion with package log-in options, as my student assistants have informed me, but that may be more how we are using it or just the need for better student training. Otherwise I'm pretty pleased.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to accurately log in (and out) dozens or more packages that come in to our institution has been hugely important. Notifii helps us to do that with a minimum of lost packages and disgruntled employees.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

Affordable, practical, flexible and easy to use. I like that I can train staff to use the system in 20 min. and the fact that we can download the app on almost any device. On top of that, it does everything we need it to do at a fraction of the cost our last vendor was charging us.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

There have been very few dislikes with our overall experience. They were mainly having to do with some of the functionality or related to the fluidity of the user experience. Nothing was ever an issue major enough to call in about.

**Recommendations to others considering Notifii Track:**

Try it out. It is subscription based so there is very little commitment or anything to lose. If there is a free trial offered, there is literally nothing to lose.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Check in/out times for packages have been reduced. Web based app makes it easy to access need to know info from anywhere. Cost saving and a better overall experience. Resolving package delivery, logging and tracking issues in no time since all of the data is accessible easily and in so many different ways.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

From first deploying this supption at my institution has been a game changer. We used to have issues with packages going missing or people pick up the wrong packages causing frustration/confusion, and limited storage space due to packages not being picked up. Out lobby used to look like a mailroom full of boxes stacked unsafely high as Students/Staff would take too long to pickup packages. Now end users efficiently pickup packages in a timely manner because of the TXT/Email notification reminders, especially around the holidays when space is limited. I would recommend this product 100% to any Business or Resident, worth the cost and is so easy to use and manage.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

The notification system, web interface/mobile application, and user management on IT side.

**Recommendations to others considering Notifii Track:**

Easy to setup, easy to train, easy to maintain, easy reports to see before/after, and easy to use.

Tracking & Notifications on this system is amazing. More productivity and less time checking in/out packages.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

The ability to upload our data via an automated export from our Active Directory via sFTP to the Notifii systems allows for a fantastic amount of customization and user data management and tracking.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

We have found situations where our automated uploading of data has broken.  We were told by the Notifii technical support department that this is due to jobs being run as batches, with all customer files in the batch, so if one file is broken or not uploaded it can halt the entire batch.  This seems like a serious oversight in how data is handled and error checked.

**Recommendations to others considering Notifii Track:**

Ensure that you have monitoring in place to confirm that your data uploads are being properly applied if you are opting to use the Notifii automated upload system.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide IT support for a private boarding school with upwards of 600 students. Notifii allows us to synchronize our student systems with the tracking systems allowing for our on campus post office to quickly and efficiently provide delivery and tracking information for our students.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

That the system sends email notifications and will keep reminding them until they're picked up.
Saves us time not trying to hunt someone down and then sometimes having to deliver something to a different location.
it's made out job easier all the way around.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

Well, to be quite honest, I've just spent the last couple of minutes thinking about this and I can't think of anything I could think of to improve it!

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to look through paper copies of deliveries to find the history of a package, it was so easy to train staff for checking in or logging packages out.
Packages would sit on the dock area until something was actually needed, now they spend less time overall sitting around waiting to be pick up and have made the staff more responsible for their own orders and deliveries.
With the extra descriptive space in the system, you can point out aspects of the package which are good to know like, heavy, damaged, or will need  a cart.
Our staff are not always handy to accept delivery's so we trained other departments like security who many times get the service call to the door and now they can log packages in without telling us the particulars of any delivery later on.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

It's extremely functional, and so much easier to track packages. We used to have a package room filled with packages and so hard to find when residents came to pick up. Now, they are notified immediately and we have them picking up their packages within the same day.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

There are no downsides, when we first got it we really wanted an option where the resident did not have to sign, because it can be a pain sometimes, and especially with COVID now you don't want everyone touching you ipad, or whatever tablet you are using. However, they ended up adding this option that residents picked up, with no esignature.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have so much more time to do our actual work, then spending an hour labeling packages, texting and calling all the residents who have packages. Notifii solves that problem for us with easy scanning and notifying the resident immediately.

I like that Notifii helps to manage package receiving and pickup for 100 lab groups with ~1000 employees.  It make notification, logging, pick up and searching quick and easy.  When setting up notification for a group having the ability to go to multiple emails is a wonderful update from previous versions.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

Notifii app on tablet functions a little different than using the web interface on a computer.

**Recommendations to others considering Notifii Track:**

If you receive greater than 100 packages a week this makes it easy work for one person to manage for shipping , receiving and logging. Web interface is simple to use and it has functionality to work with barcode scanner, mag stripe reader, and tablets.

Package tracking when we receive over 400 packages a week is great.  No more phone calls unless needed and automatic emails for notification make this run smoother.

It is extremely easy to keep track of all incoming/outgoing items with Notifii. When something is misplaced, investigation is easy-- record of log-in, log-out, times, tracking information, etc. The ease of communication between staff and recipients is priceless.

How easy it is to work the overall application. The pictures and how you can search people easily. When I log out customers I just have to simply search their names, which is very quick for when there’s a lot of people in the line.

There’s a glitch when you go to search for people it will leave the category that you were logging in. I find that a little annoying to change every time a student or personnel comes to pick up their packages.

Currently I haven’t solved any problems with Notifii track, but I’ve had employees like me use it for when they make an error when logging in some sort of incorrect package.

I like that it has all of the information I need to group packages in different sections and names. This helped me to truly get organized and not misplace packages. I never thought something like that would be hard, but when you get over 500 packages each day it’s easy to lose track.

I don’t like that it only gives specific amounts of times you can be logged in. It’s kinda annoying that I have only like 4 options to choose from.

Make sure you select the correct amount of time to be logged in so that it doesn’t send you out. Type each area in a good paste so you don’t mess up on anything and misplace a package.

It is the best way to stay organized and up to date when working in a mail room. I always knew who was in which hall and where the packages should be placed for us to hand them out to their rightful owners.

**What do you like best about Notifii Track?**

Its very easy to use Notifii and you can absolutely track and log packages with it. It gave me a seamless experience to use via both iPad and Computer.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

Rare bugs in modifying the added packages into the system. Since we used iPads, the options shown in the iOs was lesser compared to what we were seeing in PC.

Tracking packages is a difficult task and using Notifii helps to do our job easier. By having a simple yet powerful interface, Notifii has helped us to act quickly for finding or loading packages.

It's a user-friendly interface. OCR makes life as lot easier by scanning mailing labels and it automatically populates the fields.

**What do you dislike about Notifii Track?**

It would be helpful for an automatic fill. Manually typing is tedious. It would be helpful if it automatically fills based on known information like the last name of a resident and where we store the package.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Notifii to organize our mailroom for residents. This has kept a documented record of our intake and delivery of packages.  It's helpful to have this electronic system so it's efficient.

The app is easy to use for our student workers.

We have never been able to get the name identification to work, and it would be nice to be able to pick up the recipient's name from the package label. The app lets us type in the beginning of a name so it is still pretty quick to select the recipient.

With the data analytics, we can pinpoint the best times to have someone in the mailroom to pick up packages which save us payroll dollars and provides an added service to our students.

I love how clean the interface is and how user-friendly it is.

Sometimes when using a scanner to log packages in notifii does not recognize the barcode and it doesn't scan.

**Recommendations to others considering Notifii Track:**

It may take a day to get used to the interface but it is smooth sailing once you get the hang of it.

**What problems is Notifii Track solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an RA, logging packages in and out is something that Notifii Track makes extremely easy and smooth. This is especially because there are 10+ people working in the mail room. Notifii Track streamlines all packages and makes it really efficient.

I miss the ability to write your own HTML into the notification tags. Also, moreFormatting options for the notification tags would be nice.

Take time during the set up process to implement a solid CSV file
