What I like about EzTrackIt, is that the program is exactly how it is called, easy to learn, use and train a variety of users. I like the ability to build teams within the program to manage user access which helps to avoid costly mistakes. We currently use EzTrackIt at about 20 different locations, and our frontline team can learn the processes for each location in about 5 - 10 minutes, saving valuable time and allowing our teams to operate efficiently.
