"Visitly Makes Visitor Sign-In Clear, with Handy Slack Integration"

What do you like best about Visitly?

I spend a lot of my time around the office, and so it's extremely helpful to have this visual tool on my desk to make it clear that visitors must sign in. I also like that it is integrated to Slack so that hosts can be updated the way they like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visitly?

Some of the tabs on the admin interface aren't intuitive, also the font can be too small for the scale of the design. It's easier for me to get information on how to use Visitly from ChatGPT than from the help pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Visitly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a streamlined way to pre-register visitors with everyone's awareness on one platform. Our security director can automatically get a monthly report. It is faster. I wish, however, there were a way to send a note to the guest with further information for their arrival, I still have to send a separate email with building entry instructions. On sending guests extra details like building entry instructions; you can already do this with our Notification Templates feature. Just create a custom visitor notification with whatever information you'd like guests to receive at check-in.
