It helps make the sign-in and sign-out process easier and more efficient for all guests who come in. It’s also very helpful to have all the information stored in one place, whether there’s an emergency or I need to check what time certain people signed in or out of the building. Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike, but every now and again the app signs me out of my account on its own, and then I have to enter the 4-digit code to sign back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the app signing you out and requiring the 4-digit code to sign back in, this is usually resolved by making sure the iPad and the Visitly Kiosk app are updated to the latest version. Please write to us at support@visitly.io and we'll look into this for you.
