Our account and services we needed were up and running within a couple of days which was perfect. Certain members needed it for our business immediately and the software delivered! Fairly simple and easy to use, we are no robust customer but can tell the features are there if needed. **What do you dislike about TekTrack?** Not TekTrack's problem, but our business wasn't ready to use all the features provided. **What problems is TekTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking many orders across our company, knowing where items are in from Ordered all the way to delivered. ### 2. My password was not strong enough to us. And I can't remember what I used log in with. I love that it figures and populates information CORRECTLY on its own! It is a huge relief to know I can let any one of our staff log packages and be confident they are logged correctly. It is a huge benefit that this system can log most packages' information on its own so our staff can’t make mistakes! **What do you dislike about TekTrack?** As another reviewer already said, the system is so configurable, there aren't any negatives. **Recommendations to others considering TekTrack:** To fully appreciate what this system can do, see a demo. It was extremely helpful to watch someone configure this system to my needs and watch them use it in a way that solved all of my package problems. **What problems is TekTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Log packages for residents and let them know their packages can be picked up if we aren't going to deliver them. We also need to easily look up any package's location or history if the resident has any questions. ### 10. This is a first-class tracking system and very different from anything else we have used. I do wish that some of the advanced features were more obvious in the program as I might not have used them unless I had looked in the user manual or talked with their support team. **Recommendations to others considering TekTrack:** I would recommend getting a trial. This app has eliminated data entry for about 90% of the packages we receive. I only have to tap a button once for each package and the system automatically finds all of the information I need and records it! I have not seen anything else like this but it has made our logging process effortless.. **What do you dislike about TekTrack?** Nothing. This app is so configurable that its hard to find issues with it. **What problems is TekTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recording important information about packages we receive and having the ability to show reports and signatures for packages that get picked up or delivered.
