What do you like best about FacilityOS?

iLobby is very easy-to-use, intuitive but also powerful. Set up was very straight forward and we were able to start utilizing it right away. We researched many other options and iLobby has proven to be the right choice. Beyond the features and functions, the iLobby team has been incredibly responsive and supportive. What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using a manual sign-in/sign-out roster. This didn't allow us to capture any metrics (without manually reviewing all the pages). In addition with the old system, we found entries could be illegible, incomplete, or incorrect. iLobby has corrected all of this and added more functionality to include Denied Party Screening through the integration of Visual Compliance.
