Collaboration tools are effective for classroom learning as well as general meetings. **What do you dislike about USZoom?** Being logged out every time I open a new device is annoying, but it's not the end of the world. **Recommendations to others considering USZoom:** Using zoom is easy and efficient for our team. It can be used for both standard meetings as well as classroom sessions that require more complex tools. Throughout this past year, it seems like every time we had a problem with how the application worked, an update was released to fix it. Zoom was always on top of it! **What problems is USZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoom has allowed me to connect with colleagues and friends that are separated by distance or unable to gather due to COVID-19. It has allowed my team to extend work from home as long as needed for safety and wellware. ### 2. It is also a bit annoying when you transfer files within your organization, you can't just view them - you have to save them. **Recommendations to others considering USZoom:** It is definitely efficient as a business communication tool **What problems is USZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication and tracking is efficient. ### 3. It is one platform that can do many things. **What do you dislike about USZoom?** I don't like that in most cases you have to download Zoom in order to use it. I would also prefer if Zoom meetings had unlimited time for meetings. **What problems is USZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems that have been solved are that I can easily meet with my coworkers no matter if we are working in person or at home, I can easily share my screen or present something. We have also used Zoom for are large college meetings and have even done voting through the meetings. ### 4. It's free for everyone to install, which makes it easier to have a meeting with someone outside of your organization. **What do you dislike about USZoom?** The security issues have been brought up several times, which causes some problems for companies in general. **What problems is USZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Make working from home very achievable, which is crucial for companies during this uncertain time. ### 8. The option of dialing in if you dont have the software. Change background in the video to make it look aesthetic. **What do you dislike about USZoom?** It is paid. The free version has a one hour limit on calls. During Screen sharing its difficult to visualize the chat box. There is a lag in the audio at times. Sometimes, the video quality is poor. It is not HD. **Recommendations to others considering USZoom:** If you expect to have meetings more than one hour you should purchase the software otherwise the free version suffices. You dont have to download an app as it can be used directly from the web browser. Highly recommend zoom especially for meetings with international clients with no limit on participants. Add favorites to a contact list which can help in quick invite for any meetings. **What problems is USZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it for online teaching, urgent meetings and work from home. I have found that it is very easy to set up and send out invites via zoom. People can RSVP on the invite which makes it helpful to expect attendees. The software is compatible with various devices such as phones, browsers, iPads, laptops as well as in the conference room. ### 9. USZoom is meeting all of our communication requirements during the pandemic era. User friendly. Absolutely no technical glitches thus far that we’ve found! **What do you dislike about USZoom?** Some extra features are hidden on the main dashboard (changing backgrounds, breakout room invites, etc) but this makes the overall layout more simple, so this is a minor complaint. **Recommendations to others considering USZoom:** This is the best platform for video conferencing I have found this far. Better audio quality than competitors! **What problems is USZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to meet “in person” while still virtual. All messaging within Zoom is encrypted and secure. ### 10.
