I like the ability to build teams within the program to manage user access which helps to avoid costly mistakes. We currently use EzTrackIt at about 20 different locations, and our frontline team can learn the processes for each location in about 5 - 10 minutes, saving valuable time and allowing our teams to operate efficiently. The program is also customizable, which is critical as we support clients in various industries and environments. Most importantly, I appreciate the hands-on training and stellar customer service we receive from the EzTrackIt team. Patrick and Rod are available when questions arise at the drop of a hat. They are great partners in educating our customers on the program and are always willing to brainstorm workflow solutions that save us time and enhance productivity. **What do you dislike about EZTrackIt?** I am not the subject matter expert, so perhaps this is simply due to my lack of training and knowledge, but I'm not fully comfortable with the reporting platform and which that there were more pre-set reports to help streamline pulling data collection. **What problems is EZTrackIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** EzTrackIt is critical in managing the chain of custody. During hybrid work solutions, we must properly track mail and package movement. With EzTrackit, we can log in traceable and non-traceable pieces, make detailed document notes, send email and SMS notifications to recipients, and capture photos if recipients are unavailable to sign for their package. The workflow is simple and has saved thousands of dollars when items were presumed missing, but our team was able to fully illustrate the chain of custody and be released of all liability. ### 2. She is perfectly happy with all aspects of its use and performance. **Recommendations to others considering EZTrackIt:** If you want to track packages, this is definitely the solution for you. **What problems is EZTrackIt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Used to, she would just send out the package, but things would get lost in transit or delivered, but stolen.
