What I like about EzTrackIt, is that the program is exactly how it is called, easy to learn, use and train a variety of users. I like the ability to build teams within the program to manage user access which helps to avoid costly mistakes. We currently use EzTrackIt at about 20 different locations, and our frontline team can learn the processes for each location in about 5 - 10 minutes, saving valuable time and allowing our teams to operate efficiently. The program is also customizable, which is critical as we support clients in various industries and environments. Most importantly, I appreciate the hands-on training and stellar customer service we receive from the EzTrackIt team. Patrick and Rod are available when questions arise at the drop of a hat. They are great partners in educating our customers on the program and are always willing to brainstorm workflow solutions that save us time and enhance productivity.
