Also provides reports to show who was getting the most visitors, etc. Customer support is definitely there if you do have difficulties. The ease of integration into our system was very helpful. Due to the frequency of use in our facility, the system matches our needs. What do you dislike about FacilityOS? There are no downsides of using iLobby as it assisted our processes greatly! What problems is FacilityOS solving and how is that benefiting you? The iLobby system helps us to ensure visitors check in, are given a name badge and read and conduct the necessary GMP and Safety training required of our facilities.
