Everything we needed to step away from manual parcel logging we found in Parcel Tracker. It has all features that small or large mailrooms may require - detailed parcel logs, signature collection at check-out, automated notifications by SMS or email. The app is highly customizable and the developers are constantly working to improve it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use and navigate. It also helps to have both desktop version and an iOS/Android app. The price is reasonable for an enterprise, and for a small mailroom the free version is sufficient. There are a few minor UI bugs and some helpful fields/features are currently missing. The phone/tablet app was glitchy at first and didn't sync properly, but that was fixed. It would be great to be able to assign more than one email per notification, hopefully that gets added in the future. The interface is easy to use and customizable. The ability to batch import a CSV for recipients is massively helpful and efficient. We’ve been using Parcel Tracker for several years now and it continues to deliver. It was super simple to get started. The app is incredibly intuitive, and our team loves how easy it is to scan, notify, and manage incoming packages with their phone (no equipment to buy).
