Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some features that making it slow - It would be helpful to be able to scan in several packeges for one person at a time - it would be helful also to be able to scan the name and the bar code at the same time. I think the sync could be faster between devices, to avoid confusion. I also wish the app would discern between letters and parcels, and send the recipient the QR code with a description of what they are getting.
