
It's user friendly for the most part, and its' performance is reliable as a sign in tool for visitors when I am away from the lobby area. The screen has a very user friendly process, allows for options that streamline notifying the employee they are here without confusion and user error.
The Visitly integrates well on my desktop pc and allows for me to log in and make changes or edits as necessary when other systems are down or inaccessible. I do not use the AI Intelligence feature but have used the support in the past which was not as helpful as I hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of things I don't like are the App on the iPad will often revert to the pin code requirement if a user accidentally taps the wrong thing, then it becomes useless until I come in and reset the screen. The price is too high for a company that uses it daily but doesn't use most of the features we pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
