**What do you like best about SALESmanago?**

What I like most about SALESmanago is that it is a very intuitive platform and quite easy to use and implement. The analytics, the creation of flows, and the automated flows with predefined templates make the work much easier, making it quite simple to create a flow from scratch. Additionally, the creation of emails and campaigns is also quite simple and the experience is very intuitive. These are the features I like most about the platform.

**What do you dislike about SALESmanago?**

The customer service solution of SALESmanago has room for improvement, especially in loading time and traceability. There are times when the loading of information is a bit slow, which impacts when an agent is attending to a customer.

**What problems is SALESmanago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SALESmanago to analyze data from eCommerce and physical stores, create clusters and audiences, and send segmented communication. This allows us to launch effective marketing campaigns with ROAS exceeding 40 or 50, generating a positive return.

In our opinion, the greatest strength of Sales Manager is its team of specialists and account managers, who efficiently guided us through the integration and onboarding process. Crucially for our business, our account manager is fully committed to helping us fulfill special requests, often under tight deadlines.

Another plus is the continuous development, including the addition of AI-based solutions, webinars, and training. Overall, we rate Sales Manago as a comprehensive tool for marketing automation and customer communication, offering a wide range of capabilities and technical support.

**What do you dislike about SALESmanago?**

From a technical standpoint, the system certainly meets the expectations of the e-commerce industry; however, in our gambling industry, it requires a few tweaks and workarounds to effectively analyze customer behavior and run campaigns for them based on that data.

Another big advantage is the support. The team is very helpful, responds quickly, and genuinely tries to find the best solution instead of just redirecting you to documentation. This makes implementing new ideas and solving problems much smoother.

Many features and integrations are clearly optimized for e-commerce. Companies from service-based industries may sometimes need to adapt the setup to fit their processes. Fortunately, the system is flexible and the support team is very helpful in finding suitable solutions.

**What do you like best about SALESmanago?**

I have been working with SALESmanago for a little over a year on daily basis, and the platform has significantly improved the way we manage customer communication and automation.
One of the biggest advantages for me has been the intuitive email builder. The ability to pull products and prices directly from our website and automatically generate UTM‑tagged links has streamlined our workflow and saved us a substantial amount of time on each campaign (with previous solution, we had to create links manually).
The built‑in Live Chat has also proven to be a valuable tool, allowing us to support customers more efficiently without needing additional integrations. It is very easy it is to manage pop‑ups. AI‑driven segmentation helps us target the audience with far greater precision and optimize expenses on mobile messaging. Workflows are really easy to build, though so far, I use very simple ones. 
Another critical benefit is the fast and responsive support team, who are always ready to help and genuinely committed to improving their services.
Of course, I still see many areas where the platform can continue to grow and evolve. However, I clearly see that SALESmanago is moving in the right direction and actively developing the features that are important for my business needs.
Overall, it’s a solution that continues to improve and one I’m confident will only get stronger over time.

**What do you dislike about SALESmanago?**

1) In SALESmanago, main contact identificator is email, while in my business - phone number. As a result, there is no protection from creating duplicates with same phone number. 
2) In contact selection, there is no OR option, only AND, which makes filtering less convenient. Not possible to exclude contacts  choosing 2 different external events: like either made purchase or visited site today. 
3) Not possible to spread mailing over time (like, not send all at once, but distribute evenly over several hours).

With Salesmanago, I collect sales data from my four websites and six stores in one place. It also helps me manage omnichannel communication with all of my customers. I use it to prepare regular reports on CRM efficiency, and overall it has become my main tool for day-to-day work.

I am very satisfied with the Help Desk which is available to me 24/7 and genuinely provides support. The Customer Success Manager who suggests possible solutions is a significant added value. Another aspect I appreciate is the A/B testing and automated workflow, making it possible to replicate the offline customer experience in the online environment. Also, the initial setup was quite straightforward, I’d rate it 9 out of 10.

Campaigns which have already been created should be editable for future changes. At the moment, I need to remove the current campaign and create a new one.

I really like how SALESmanago combines strong marketing automation, a real CDP, and GDPR-ready tools all in one system—it’s super valuable for B2B teams like ours in Germany. The 360° customer view is a standout for me. It pulls together data from our website, email, lead forms, and CRM into one profile, helping us understand lead engagement at every touchpoint. It has completely changed how we segment and personalize our campaigns. I also appreciate the flexibility of the automation workflows which lets us build detailed nurture sequences and re-engagement campaigns without needing technical help. It's powerful yet manageable for our team.

A few parts of SALESmanago could be smoother or more intuitive for our team working in the German B2B space. The biggest pain point is the learning curve for more advanced features. The basic automation and email campaigns are easy enough, but setting up complex workflows, custom lead scoring, or deeper CDP integrations can get complicated. It often takes time to configure correctly, and we sometimes need to test multiple times to get it right. We also find the dashboard and reporting interface a bit overwhelming at first. There’s so much data available that it can be hard to find the exact metrics we need quickly. Customizing reports to match our internal B2B KPIs takes more effort than we expected.

Many of the features and integrations are clearly designed with e-commerce in mind, so service-based businesses may sometimes need to fine-tune the setup to better match their workflows. Fortunately, the platform itself is flexible, and the support team is very helpful in identifying and implementing suitable solutions.

The AI capabilities, including the Sidekick tool, are promising, but in certain modules they still require further refinement—especially for the Polish market. At times, the generated outputs can feel somewhat unnatural or less contextually accurate.

The interface is highly intuitive. As a CDP and marketing automation tool, it offers very complete functionality, and lately they’ve been working a lot on adding new features. It can be integrated with a wide variety of e-commerce platforms. During implementation, you can get key functionalities up and running very quickly. Customer support is thorough and effective when it comes to resolving issues.

The name or brand is not very widely known,  so its complicated to position it with the top decision makers.

Excellent campaign automation and lead scoring capabilities. The behavioral tracking is granular and the UI makes complex workflows accessible. Integration with Salesforce is seamless, which was crucial for our CRM sync. Personalization features across email and web are powerful for B2B nurturing.

What I appreciate most about SALESmanago is its comprehensive, all-in-one approach to marketing automation. The platform integrates various tools which makes it very efficient to use. It allows for deep customer segmentation and personalization and that is why your campaigns can be highly targeted and effective. Also the interface is quite intuitive, although in the beginning it may be a bit hard to comprehend all the functions - with time and help of Customer Support using SM is a piece of cake :)

While I appreciate that SALESmanago is constantly evolving, I've noticed that occasionally, updates intended as improvements, end up making certain features less intuitive or efficient. But luckily it usually refers to really minor things.

Saving cost. Sales managa by using automations can be setup to save cost on your marketing departmetmens. Very inteligent tool that can save many time by setting up correct rulles and also its relatively efectively helping to increase sales of the company.
implementation took some time but its worth to make it. By seting up all rullez for all your neeeds can  be easy integrated to any company. Thanks to automation is not necessary to even check system very frequently

I love SALESmanago. I work with it with many clients and the tool fits every industry. It's great that it's not a typical e-commerce tool - we have the ability to add and tag many elements, e.g., on the site, which makes it much easier to achieve both conversions and micro-conversions, depending on the set goals. They can also be changed very easily. I also appreciate the availability of many functionalities and the ability to run on-site and off-site campaigns. What is also very important to me is the support available to every client and overall customer care - I have used the technical team's support countless times and always received the help I needed. I highly recommend it!

**What do you dislike about SALESmanago?**

Until recently, I considered the only drawback of SM to be the fact that there was no way to monitor the behavior of anonymous website users, but this year this functionality was added - tests are still ahead of me :)

- The platform is easy and intuitive—I’ve never had trouble navigating it.
- They’re open to creating custom solutions tailored to non-standard e-commerce businesses.
- I feel heard; they’re very receptive to feedback and actively implement suggestions.
- They’re continuously improving, especially when it comes to new features.
- Their customer support is fast. Usually, within minutes, I receive confirmation that my ticket was received, information on who is handling it, and an expected response time. They also understand when an issue is urgent and requires immediate attention.

**What do you dislike about SALESmanago?**

There are a few areas that could be enhanced, such as more efficient A/B testing for email subjects (currently, multiple emails have to be created for testing) or simpler, faster, mass management of tags and user details.

Also, I wasn’t involved during the initial tool implementation, but there were some gaps in the integration when I started using it.
I’m not sure how this process looks like now, but I believe it would be helpful for the clients if SalesManago conducts a health check at the end of each integration. This could include verifying if purchases are being sent correctly, ensuring dashboards are tracking them properly, etc. 
In our case, corrections were needed on our end, but SalesManago didn't inform us that something went wrong during the process.

We use SALESmanago primarily for email marketing, marketing automation, and exploring additional marketing channels. It’s especially helpful for creating automated emails triggered by customer actions, allowing us to handle send-outs automatically. We recommend Salesmanago because it's easuy to use, it's s modular and it provides various feautures at a really affordable price. We really like the possibility of high-personalization, from email marketing to pop ups and banners on our website. 
Impeccable customer service: fast and really helpful for us. We are also really pleased with the support of Wioletta, our customer success manager, she is competent and very proactive in suggesting us new activities to implement.

We don't see any big downsides. Sometimes differences between Salesmanago and GA4 are not that clear

I am only responsible for a portion of the tasks performed in SalesManago, I use it on average once a week, and it is the first platform of this type that I work with, so I have no comparison. As for the ease of implementation, it took me some time to learn the basic functions. However, there are trainings available, and support is always helpful, so you can feel taken care of.

Collaboration with Sales Menago has been a very positive experience from the very beginning, even before it officially started. They pay great attention to the client's goals that the system is supposed to meet. The support from the first moments is very professional. You constantly feel the support and dedication of the advisors at every step. For me, this was very valuable because I had never dealt with Marketing Automation before. The system itself is very intuitive to use and any beginner can handle it. At the same time, the system offers a lot of features and possibilities. Many ideas in the team end with the words "this can be done in Sales Menago."

The tool communicates well with our Magento 2 shop so that we can use many insights for marketing automations. 
Customised solutions can also be built if there is no ready-made way to implement things.

**What do you dislike about SALESmanago?**

For complete beginners who want to start with marketing automations etc., the tool might be a little too complex. The support team will certainly be of great help here. 
Sometimes you don't immediately find the areas you are looking for in the tool, which takes a little time. But the more you use the tool, the easier it is to find your way around. Training new employees to use SALESmanago is therefore a bit of a challenge, for which it is best to create a detailed guide.

**What problems is SALESmanago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SALESmanago we can set up much more complex marketing automations than before. You are not limited to just one channel, e.g. email marketing, but can include different channels (Google Ads/ Social Ads) and thus catch customers at different points.
Personalisation in the online shop, pop-ups and other elements can also be set up easily and work without any problems.

We also use the chatbot and live chat to offer our customers an even better service. This module can also be set up with relatively little effort and is easy to use for simple customer questions.

**What do you like best about SALESmanago?**

1) Excellet customer service - you can contact via chat or send email to support team and they will answer very quickly, as well they will always be interested to find solution. I think this is very important point when you are ready to take a step for new system implementation like Sales Manago. 
2) Various customer friendly options how to build your communication templates - email, SMS, webpush etc.. All of those are easy to understand and you can make everything simple MKT or sales person without involving IT. As well in case you are using external tool - you can just paste html code also in Sales Manago in order to create email template. 
3) Possibility to see access 360 view - login, page visits, reaction on communication - all this are very useful when you think about building automated communication. 
4) you can actually import data and start to use it manually (before IT finish full integration). I actually would suggest that you really do that - cause then you will better understand what you really want that IT would set up.
5) automation flows can be really rich - with many communication points with customer, even with adding social media or google into those.

**What do you dislike about SALESmanago?**

There might be a bit more of fields allowed to use in segmentation. also for details it would be usefull dropdown of fields you are having like it is for dictonary details.

**What problems is SALESmanago solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MKT automation, much less everyday work on manual things. Customers getting more proper information, personalized information, as well - information which is balanced in terms of frequency.
