What do you like best about SALESmanago?
Since 2016, we’ve partnered with SALESmanago through thick and thin, watching them evolve from a solid Marketing Automation platform into a robust CDP.
Over the years, we’ve tackled everything from simple integrations to large-scale projects that linked multiple eCommerce sites, websites, and retail locations. We’ve also had the chance to share feedback that shaped new features—many of the tools we rely on now are the direct result of that collaborative spirit.
What’s truly stood out is SALESmanago’s willingness to adapt. In a rapidly shifting e-commerce landscape, they’ve stayed ahead of the curve—innovating, refining, and listening when it mattered most. Sure, there have been challenges, but their support and dedication have helped us navigate those hurdles and come out stronger.
Today, a big part of our success story is tied to how well we’ve worked together.

What do you dislike about SALESmanago?
Over the past three years, following the acquisition, SALESmanago has undergone significant shifts in strategy, personnel, board composition, and management—changes that at times made collaboration more difficult.
We felt some growing pains, but we understood this was a necessary step for a company aiming to make major strides in technology, organization, and effective support.
Even so, the platform remains easy to use. There are still a few areas that feel more complex than other solutions, but we can already see them working to streamline these parts.
