What do you like best?
There are lots of great features that we can utilize for CRM and email retargetting. Salesmanago pricing is also good compared with their competitors, so if your company is an SME and have a restrained budget then I'd recommend SalesManago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
That being said, the system does not work properly. Automation rules only work 70-80%. Also, we have been struggling with integrating Salesmanago and other platforms like Facebook, Microsoft Dynamics and there have always been error/bugs. Worst thing is their Customer Service just didn't pay enough attention to help. We have to continuously pushing for response to our queries thru webchat, Skype chat, email etc., up to a point that we are tired and considering of switching to other platform like Hubspot or Marketo even though price is triple.
