Advanced e-commerce tool. I use SALESmanago for two months and it's a great tool that gives me a lot of analytical data, helps to automate marketing and increases sales. Could be more simplified and clearer. Not everything is always clearly shown and addressed. Also would be hopeful more tutorials step-by-step for better understanding advanced options. I like the customer service, have always had quick responses from my project manager and the support team. What do you dislike about Manago AI? The design inconsistancies - the button designs in one form are not the same in other forms/design elements. I would like to see more fonts available in the system as well. Some of the prompt box buttons are confusing as well, in that you are unsure if you should click as it says "send" it should say "exit" or similar. Salesmanago helps to pull together different elements across the site from customer service and product recommendations as well as providing wish list functionality without login. SALESmanago (SM) is a good tool that offers us many possibilities: create automated actions, send emails, segment our audience, create content through landings, perform integrations, and chat online with our customers. Our collaborators Agnieszka Grodecka and John Morales are always at your service, providing us with their permanent assistance on the different functions of the tool as well as on the projects we carry out in the company. SALESmanago has very good features, but with very limited configurations, for example, when creating recommendation frameworks, the few options provided by the automation rules, the automatic emails from the form or alerts cannot be edited and are very cumbersome. Emoticons that are not compatible with the system cannot be included in the body of the email, and for some functions, we cannot obtain analytical data for a specific period. The system is easy to use, feel like SalesManago solve the day-to-day communication need. They offer plans which allow you to have a dedicated person who helps improve the database and implement new things. That is highly helpful since it is hard to keep up with all the features and functions you might benefit from implementing. You can get all the customer data in one place, avoiding having customer data in different silos. The implementation is easy, and I like that it is easy to do customer segmentation with tags. I wish the product had more integrations with other systems and easy plug-n-play functions into telecom-, chat-, and advertising platforms. What problems is Manago AI solving and how is that benefiting you? Acquiring customers is expensive in a small nische market where churn in each marketing channel is high. The sales cycle in our field is long and the purchase itself is a high envolvement purchase which renders more than one visit to the web page and often more than one phone call. Using SalesMango is a bliss when the usage lowers the cost of paid search, since it is possible to get the customer to visit the web page through an email instead of visiting the webpage through a seach engine and paid traffic. Marketing Automation is a powerful tool to use for being top of mind and at the same time educating the customer in the brand and products and therefor reducing the time to decision and purchase.
