"Good - Not Great"

What do you like best?

I like how easily it interacts with the rest of Salesforce, and I enjoy the graphics and friendly user interface. I appreciate how many lenses are available and the sheer amount of data visible through the different lenses.

What do you dislike?

i wish the data analysis functions were more intuitive, and I wish there was more Excel-like functionality in the sales data tables.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I think this is probably one of the better platforms out there for sales data and analysis - while there are a few instances in which the product could be better, I think it's headed in the right direction and is far and away the best when it comes to graphics, interface, and ease of use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have great insight into my sales data, as well as my adoption metrics and forecasting. Having this all in one place is a huge time saver and makes looking up information easy.

What do you like best?

Salesforce is empowering everyone to develop analytics apps faster. The power of Einstein Analytics has more roles, departments and industries, empowering all business users to be smarter about their customers with actionable insights. A lot of Salesforce users have leveraged out of the box operational reports and dashboards to quickly look up their data, understand performance and communicate results. As a Salesforce users we are be able to utilize advanced analytics powered by artificial intelligence (AI). Now our company created a way to empower our sales representatives, service agents, marketers and analysts with the insights they need to make our customer interaction smarter, without having to build mathematical models, write algorithms or ask an expert for help.

What do you dislike?

Salesforce Einstein Analytics is one of the most expensive platforms in the market and it wasn't well defined data-analysis capabilities and Einstein has a lot limitations like SAQL Queries, Sales and Service Analytics and most importantly field level security was one of the major concerns.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You can spend more time effectively. Einstein automatically prioritises the leads and opportunities most likely to convert and close based on your history and past deals. Users will know whether or not a deal is likely to close by identifying customer sentiment, competitor involvement, and company updates. Einstein capture data and add new contacts so you can spend less time on data entry and more time selling. You can extend the full power of the Salesforce platform to email and calendar and never miss a buying signal. Overall Einstein is best platform to use to close more business opportunities.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Salesforce always leverages the power of simplicity, and true to form, Force.com Reports tools allow business users to create highly complex and intuitive reports very easily. Conventional reporting tools are capable of generating highly powerful and insightful reports, with users having the ability to generate complex reports and dashboards in double quick time. Unlike most traditional BI products, Wave is mobile-first, designed for the mobile and optimized to suit the needs of customer support, sales, marketing, and other teams who would be using these tools the most. Moreover, with Wave being cloud based, there is infinite scalability on offer. Virtually no data set is too big for Wave to handle.

"SF Einstein Analytics A"

What do you like best?

Einstein Analytics is a great way to visualize your data and more importantly view your data in different ways by easily changing the filters on the dashboard. It is easy for both the admin to build the dashboards as well the the end user in reading and interacting with the data on the dashboard.

What do you dislike?

The only negative thing about it is that it involves licensing and its hard to justify spending money on many licenses for everyone sometimes. Its always changing so you need to keep up with all the change. One negative is that because its always changing there is no certification yet.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Its Salesforce reports and dashboards on steroids. You can still report right within Salesforce easily and view even more data than before!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefit is you are able to view multiple sources of data in one place and be able to analyze everything so easily! Its creates a source of truth for the business. You have a dashboard everyone uses instead of people creating reports on the fly!

"It's a fantastic product!"

What do you like best?

It's a rapidly evolved and fairly robust platform. Accepts a lot of common data formats and is fairly easy to integrate into. Works very well with the rest of the Salesforce Platform. Pretty easy to learn the basics.

What do you dislike?

Pricing is pretty steep, even if you are already on the Salesforce platform. Can be difficult to configure at times since some parts are in flux and deep config sometimes requires knowing JSON. Need a large data lake to be effective right out of the gate.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enterprise grade cross platform analytics that integrate well with a CRM (Salesforce). Easy to stand up and create.

"One Place to See Everything "

Sometimes when searching it brings in things from other business branches

"Review of Sales Force"

What do you like best?

We love the client analytical information that this plateform can provide verses the contact manager plateform we currently use.

What do you dislike?

I can’t say I dislike it at all! We just switched to it and so far it’s a superior plateform to contact manager.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sales force is great for client relationship management. The plateform is more efficient than contact manager and is much more user friendly.

"It's Okay - More useful for Sales Reps"

What do you like best?

The product is mice and simple, which is exactly how product should be.

What do you dislike?

It is not a self-sufficient product, but rather an API with very limited functionality and bugs. Almost impossible to scale the tool, or build something usable once the complexity of task increases

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Analytics cloud has been really easy to use without any coding background. I find it helpful to use the analytics cloud to look at all the variables that we collect in our salesforce org.

What do you like best?

Salesforce Einstein is best ever tool in the market to give the insights for sales and business development executives in order to gain the more advantages.

What do you dislike?

So far I haven't found any issues with the product.

Salesforce Einstein is the best platform to get the more opportunities and close more business deal. I would definitely recommend others try and explore who never used salesforce Einstein.

"Fast, simple, easy software with some downsides "

What do you like best?

The organization and ease of finding clients

What do you dislike?

The duplicate files of some clients will appear in different queues and agents end up calling each other’s clients

"Love Analytics Cloud - Get query results fast!"

What do you like best?

I like that you can write custom queries and get results in seconds. I also love that the visualizations and interactivity are really beautiful.

What do you dislike?

I do not like how much code has to be written to create something of significant value.

Make sure that you have someone that can write the code necessary or hire an firm or find something that will work as a plugin.

You can create any KPI that you can dream of.

No easy place to go to to find directions on how to do things - could be more user friendly
