&lt;p&gt;I’d look beyond acknowledgment rates and measure whether employees actually understand what they’ve read. That’s why Xoralia’s comprehension quizzes and PowerDMS pairing policies with training stand out to me. A 99% attestation rate is impressive, but I’d be even more interested in whether comprehension scores or repeat policy questions improved alongside it.&lt;/p&gt;
