# Rippling was easy to navigate

I found Rippling’s interface very easy to navigate and I was able to complete my HR information fairly seamlessly. The only hiccup was thinking everything was done, then getting an email a month later saying there was more to complete, which was confusing at first. For those using Rippling, have you run into delayed follow-up tasks or unclear completion status, and how did you handle it?
